"Y/N ?"

"This is a female bathroom."

"Did someone hurt you?" He walked closer, with worry written all over his face.

"Doesn't matter, please, just leave me alone."

"Come with me." He reached his hands out for her to place hers into.

She was hesitant at first because she thought he'd make fun of her. He took her bag and led her out.

Longest part yet, enjoy. ❤️

Bryson unlocked his door and let Y/N in first. He definitely lived on the better side of town, even though his house wasn't extremely huge because it was just his him and his mother. Y/N was silent the whole time, mostly out of embarrassment. The first thing on her mind was whether Santana would find her, or how much of a burden she was currently being to Bryson, even if he would never admit.

A small part of her wished he knew what he had gotten himself into. To say her trauma was a lot was an understatement.

She had been staring into space as the golden sun hit her beautiful melanin rich face. Not to mention her sparkly eyes. She didn't notice that Bryson had been staring at her all along.

"You ready to talk to me?" He spoke softly, making her pull out of her trance.

She sniffled a bit. "I'm really grateful for what you're doing but I can't stay here. He'll kill me."

"Who's he?" He scrunched his eyebrows as his hands remained in his hoodie pocket.

Y/N continued to chew on her lip, holding tightly onto her bag. "I can't say. I really can't."

They locked eyes for a moment before she attempted to walk off again, but this time Bryson wasn't going to let her.

"I know we don't know each other well enough but I definitely know you'll be safer here. Momz is working a night shift so by the time she comes back, we'll be at school. Stay...?"

"These should be enough for you," he grunted a bit as he placed the blankets on his bed.

"You know, I should be the one sleeping on the couch. You've already done too much." Y/N smiled small as she lifted her head up from looking at her hands.

"Nah, you need some space. I'll be... on the couch," they both chuckled. "If you need anything."

Y/N didn't have much of an appetite. She wanted to go straight to sleep.

"Thank you Bryson."

It was almost midnight and Bryson seemed prone to sleep. In all actuality, he wanted to talk to Y/N and get to know her better, but he knew she needed rest. He got up from the tv to go get another blanket in his room. He gently knocked, but didn't expect a response since Y/N said she'd be sleeping.
