Love is a big chapter in everyone's life so I'm sorry I'm trying to skip to that page,
I want to jump into love, I want to be fully engaged.
Yes, I know the risks and yes I know what's on the line,
Yes, I know what it takes and yes I'm willing to put in the time,
You can't try to talk me out of this, I've already made up my mind,
I'm in love with this boy, and I intend to keep him mine.
I wish I could explain what I feel so that you can understand how I feel too,
Because maybe then you'd understand why this is something I got to pursue,
So I'm sorry mom and dad, please walk me down the aisle so I can start my life anew,
