Chapter 12: We All Float Down Here

*i accidently deleted the original version of this so i'm re-writing it. ugh*

Penny picked me up, turning around and walking back down the hallway. He had his arms wrapped around my waist as my arms and legs dangled by my side. He entered the room i had been moments ago when i was looking for him. He placed me down on the floor on my feet in front of three doors. I hadn't noticed them last time. The one on the left had "Not Scary At All" wirtten on it in red. The middle read "Scary" and the left read "Very Scary"which were also written in red. It looked like blood.

Penny stood behind me, putting his gloved hands on my shoulder as he towered over me.

He bent his head down to by my ear, "pick one" he said hissing.

"Wha-?" i was breathing so heavily i couldn't even speak. 

"Open one." was all he said. 

I took a step forward making his hands drop off my shoulders. My innitial reaction was to go for the left door but i quickly re-thought that idea. He likes to play games... was this a trick? Then, without even thinking, i walked over to the right door. 

My heart and mind were racing trying to think of what possibly could meet me on the other side. I yanked the door open, expecting the worst... but there was nothing, just darkness. I held my breath, still waiting for something. Then i noticed what was missing, it was the floor. I looked down to see a black hole, seemily bottomless. I turned to see that Penny was now gone. Looking back in the hole, leaning slightly more inside the door i could a single, bright light shown up, almost blinding me. My eyes couldn't adjust and so i closed them.

Suddenly, a child like voice began to call my name, "(Y/N), (Y/N)" it said.

Then a second voice began to speak, "we all float down here"... it was like the voice was surrounding me, echoing up from the hole and hitting the walls. 

I felt a pressure push me in my chest and i fell onto my butt. With my eyes still adjusting all i could hear was the door slamming and then a loud grunting, breathing noise. 

When my eyes finally adjusted, i looked up to see a 7-foot tall being standing over me, eyes glowing. 

It was Penny.
