Penny stood there, breathing so heavily it came out as grunts. He looked angry and my fear turned into horror. I backed up quickly until i felt my butt hit the mattress and i sat on it, bringing my legs to my chest. I was shaking, i could feel my heart rattling against my rib cage and as i began to cry. Penny took a deep breath, almost like he was inhaling a scent. Can he smell my fear?

He then lunged at me, causing my back to hit the mattress as he got on top of me.

"What did you do?" he grunted at me.

"I p-picked-" i said shaking inbetween cries.

"You picked the most dangerous one." he said, searching my eyes, looking for answers.

"I wanted to impress you." I admitted.

It was true, i did want to impress him. i wanted him to know i wasn't afraid of him and could handle myself.

"Huh." His eyes then flickered, showing more blue.

"Are you okay?" i asked.

"I'm fine." he said abrutly, his left eye shifting again but then quickly returing to look at me.

"What was that?" I was starting to calm down a bit.

"Not now." he said, getting off of me and walking away.

I arrived back at my dorm, taking off my sweater which was now covered in dust. My heart was racing. I ran all the way home after realizing Penny left the house and was not coming back. It was the morning by now, I was exhausted by didn't want to sleep. I decided to take a much needed shower. As the water ran down my face, then to my breasts and legs i couldn't help but remember the feeling of having Penny on top of me. Even through the cries i was able to notice his torso resting on my hip bones. He was much larger than me, with his head level to mine his legs extended a long way off the mattress. As he was literally laying on top of me, pinning me down, I couldn't help but think back to my dream that had led me to that house in the first place. My thoughts were interuppted when the sound of the washroom door opened. Each floor had one bathroom with a row of sinks, stalls and five showers. It wasn't the best having to share this space with other people, but i couldn't do much about it.

I finished up my shower, wrapping my towel around my body and heading back to my dorm. The bathroom was directly across the hall so i only had to walk about five feet to reach my door, thankfully I never really run into one. I entered my dorm room and decided to listen to some music as i got ready. I walked over to my record player and picked out a record. The music began to play and i dropped my towel. I picked out an outfit and put my hair in a ponytail. As i bent down to grab my towel off the floor the red balloon, that was still tied to my bed rail, caught my eye. I hadn't noticed before but as i looked at it, as message appeared. "Red Coat" was written on the balloon, i looked at it confused, wondering what it meant. A crash of thunder made me jump, i looked outside and noticed it was rainging. It must have started while i was having my shower. I grabbed my red raincoat out of my closet, put it on my bed and the message disappeared.

The rest of the day went by smoothly, I listened to music, singing and dancing along. I was on my way to the library, having finished the book I rented. It was still raining so of course, I put on my raincoat. My hood was up and I was starring at my feet as to not get my glasses too wet.

The bell on the door rang as I entered the library, it was quiet for a Wednesday afternoon in summer. I slid the book into the return slot and decided to have a look around. I didn't have anywhere to be. As I was standing reading the back of a book by a author I didn't know too well a boy, came around to the corner and stood next to me. I glanced at him, he was fairly tall, with long black hair and thick brimmed glasses.

"Need any help?" he asked.

"Oh- oh no I'm just looking" I said realizing he must be a new employee.

I came to this library a lot, it being the only one in Derry, and I had never seen him before. I decided against the book and put it back on the shelf walking into the next isle.

"I like your coat" he said.

I hadn't realize he was stocking books. Not that it mattered.

"Thank you." I said giving him a slight smile.

I was about to leave, not finding anything worthwhile when something caught my eye. It was a rather large called 'Super Beings on Earth' . The cover was dusty, not too many people rented this I guess.

"That one is interesting... you know, if you're into that kind of thing" the boy said.

"You have no idea" I thought to myself.

I shook my head, deciding to get it.

I threw my bag to the ground immediately tearing the book open, not even bothering to take off my soaking rain coat.

My reading was interrupted when my phone began to ring on my nightstand. My mother had gotten me a portable telephone when I moved to Derry two years ago. We keep in touch but she hadn't called in weeks since my parents were on vacation. I looked at my alarm clock while I picked up the phone, '5:27'... I had been reading for six hours.

"Hello?" I said into the speaker.

"Hi darling how are you?" my mom's voice came through on the other side.

"I'm good, how are you?"

I didn't particularly like talking on the phone, don't get me wrong I love hearing from my mother, but it just wasn't my thing. Now my mother, she could talk on it for hours...

I ended up chatting with my mom for a while, her of course talking most of the time. She told me about her trip, all the people she met and all the sights they saw. When we hung up, I put the phone back onto it's stand and looked back down at my book. I got increasingly more curious. This thing, Pennywise, was for some reason stalking me, he was luring me in to then constantly push me away. I had it. Maybe he is a demon? Maybe... he was something else. I sat on the edge of my bed next to the balloon, racking my brain with so many questions. I was going mad.

I huffed, bounding up onto my feet as I grabbed my coat. You know what... I deserved answers.
