Everyone rushes into a hospital. Rey is about to have the baby. They run up to the front desk.
Nurse:
Yes?
Connor:
WE'RE ABOUT TO HAVE A FREAKING KID!
Nurse:
Alright. Name?
Connor:
Um...we haven't picked one out yet. We don't even know the gender.
Nurse:
Not the baby's name, your name.
Connor:
Oh! Connor and Rey!
Nurse:
Last name?
Rey:
He'll probably have the same one as me or Connor.
Nurse:
Not the baby's last name, your last name.
Connor and Rey:
Oh.
Light:
What IS your last name?
Rey:
Um....I don't know...
Nurse:
Graduating degree?
Connor:
Ma'am, this kid hasn't even been to day care yet.
Nurse:
OH FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!
This was a tribute to a Captain Underpants book. Gimme a break, I loved those books when I was little.
SOON
Everyone is in the waiting room, except for Connor, who is with Rey.
Light:
Are we sure there wasn't an alien scanning ray involved?
L:
Sigh...Yes Light.
Light:
So they--
Lucas:
YES LIGHT! THEY DID!
Light:
Connor? Our Connor?
Lucas:
YES LIGHT!
Light:
*sniff* He's growing up so fast--
Lucas:
GAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
Lucas punches Light, who goes flying out the window and plummets 30 stories.
And so...
Nurse walks out.
Nurse:
You may come in now.
Everyone walks in to the hospital room. Connor is in there with tears in his eyes, as does Rey, who is in bed holding a grinning newborn baby girl.
Everyone:
Awwwww....
Lucas:
I'M AN UNCLE! WOO HOO!
Lucas takes his shirt off and twirls it.
Light:
Dude, put your shirt back on. There are young eyes in here.
Lucas:
Sorry.
L:
What are you going to name her?
Connor:
We picked out the perfect name.
Rey:
We're naming her after one of the bravest--
Connor:
--Smartest--
Rey:
--Most heroic people we knew when fighting in the Resistance.
Connor:
Introducing Leia Fisher Richards.
Again, Richards is not my last name. I made it up.
They all smile, knowing that the task force will never be the same again.
And that's the end of the prequel arc! When I come back it's back to the regular stuff!
