Protect yourself.

Sleep never came and I just waited for Eric to wake up.
In the meantime,I listened to his steady heartbeat and his soft breathing.
His hand was wrapped around my waist,but he wasn't hugging me to his body,more like he wanted to make sure I wouldn't walk away.

I slowly turned around to face him.

His piercing shone in the light.It was like it wanted to remind me who I was sleeping with.A dangerous man.

But at that moment Eric looked more like a boy than a man.He didn't wore his usual,cold stare that made him intimitating.But I knew that,that was the real Eric.Cold,ruthless, Unbothered with anything.

I lifted my hand and placed it on his cheek,hoping he wouldn't wake up.I didn't know what this sudden need was but I really wanted to touch him.

Eric's hand was instantly brought over mine and his eyes flattered open.
For a moment I was afraid he was angry that I had woken him up for the second time but Eric seemed more surprised than angry.

"You didn't sleep." his voice came hoarse from sleep.

I shook my head.

"It doesn't matter.You have a free day today.To prepare for the next week,I forgot to tell you."His hand didn't left mine as he spoke.

I smiled,happy that I didn't have to train so many hours while having had none sleep.

My happiness didn't last long enough,though.If Tobias found out about me and Eric he would go mad and rightfully.
Eric was dangerous even if I wasn't Divergent.

I suddenly felt like Eric's touch became colder and I withdrew my hand.
This must never happen again.

"What's wrong?" a small frown made it's way on Eric face.

"Tobias must never know about this." I got up and quickly put my clothes.

Eric growned.
"You don't have to leave.God just go to sleep,we don't have to wake up for 2 more hours."

I pressed my lips.He didn't know how much I needed to lay beside him and just do nothing.I didn't know why either.

"No Eric.We can't keep doing this."

Now Eric was out of bed.He walked towards me completely naked.It was so obvious he was proud of his body.He just didn't care about nudity.

I put my hands over his chest and closed my eyes.

"Why are you determined to stay away?Four and I have a fuel,yes but that has nothing to do with us" he took my jaw in his harsh hand.
"Having fun." he gave me a half smile.

That handsome Bastard.

For a moment I considered how it would be if I told him,but Tori's words stopped me.Eric would kill me without a second thought.I was just another girl he wanted to fuck.Nothing more.

I shook my head one more time as to shake the thoughts away.How did I manage to mess with the one person I was supposed to stay away from?

Eric's grip in my jaw tightened wich snapped my attention to him.
His cold eyes were set on me.

"Tonight I want you to come straight here." he said.

I opened my mouth to protest but Eric stopped me with a kiss.
I responded instanly,by kissing him back.

When I pulled back Eric took one last good look at me and dragged himself back to bed.
