Caught eighty-six

The note was stuck on the glass window of the library. Jimin took the paper and read,

'We may be far apart now
But our hearts are still the same
Even if you're not by my side,
Even if I'm not by your side,
You know we're together'

Jimin was in awe reading the notes. Something about them that makes his heart pound and flutter.

Now he's got four notes in total, but he still has no idea why they were doing this for him or who was behind all of this. But all he know was the answer lies at the end of the chain, so that's why he was following the notes. He wants to know who was responsible for this.
