damn okay when's the last time I talked about 9??? It's been a long time

Anyway if you don't know, 9 is a Tim Burton movie set after the world's been basically ruined by a machine vs human war
It's about these little patchwork creatures (guess what, there's nine of them) made by the same scientist who created the Machine that started the war

It's really good, like most Tim Burton films

There's a nice mix of really cool and really freaky things in it

Like

Cool: the weird monsters created by the Machine

Freaky: the weird monsters created by the Machine

Cool: the frikkin talisman

Freaky: the? frikkin?? talisman???

And a lot of the visuals are pretty shudder-worthy

Like where the creepy little spider things swarm over 8's body

And the baby-headed snake thing??? Jfc

And I swear the ending scene makes me cry hhhhnnnn

Same with 2's funeral

Tbh this movie may be part of the reason I'm obsessed with murdering  e ver y o ne   in my stories

Also I'm conflicted because I kinda shipped 5 and 2 but then 2 died (spoiler alert) and then I started shipping 5 with 9 but wait 9 likes 7
