Becca's POV

Before I know it, I hear Luke let a soft snore escape his perfect lips, I smile and close my eyes, then fall into slumber with Luke's arms wrapped around me in the most comforting way possible.

At around 7 the next morning, I wake up with Luke still holding me tight in his sleep. It makes me smile, knowing he didn't let go of me and didn't loosen his grip around me, he is so sweet and protective. That's something new to me and I love it. Luke's eyes fly open, he smile when he sees me and kisses my shoulder lightly.

"Morning Luke," I say.

"Morning love," he yawns and sits up, still holding my hand though. I sit up too, wipe my eyes and get up to go brush my teeth, but unfortunately I have to let go of Luke's hand. When I finish brushing my teeth, I run a small black comb through my hair and pull it into a pony tail again. Then I walk back out of the bathroom and see Luke with a white t-shirt on and jeans.

"What?" He smirks when I keep staring at him. Well this is awkward.

"Nothing," I say and sit down on my bed. Luke gets up to brush his teeth, closing the bathroom door so that I can change. I swiftly pull a pair of white skinny capris and a plain black tank top out of my suitcase, swap the clothes, and Luke opens the door just as I pull the tank top down to my hips. I smile and close my suitcase. "What do you wanna do?"

"I don't know," Luke replies, thinking about it.

"Your choice, I got the first two," I add. Luke nods and rests his hand below his chin, lips pursed.

"How about, umm... Would you like to catch a movie with me?" He asks.

"Lucas Hemmings, are you asking me on a date?" I ask, mock surprise in my eyes. Luke laughs but nods his head, grinning widely.

"Will you go out with me?" He asks somewhat nervously.

"I'd love to," I say quietly, also grinning. Luke opens his arms up and raises his brows, I step forward into the bear hug I love. His arms wrap around my waist and he kisses my hair, I smile and kiss the crook of his neck since its the only thing I can reach.

My fragile arms fly around Luke's neck and he holds us together tightly. "What do you want to see?" He whispers, still not letting go of me.

"Let's pick when we get there," I say. Luke nods and lays his chin on my head, his fingers tracing designs on the hem of my shirt.

"What kind of music do you like?" He asks. Dang, he is full of questions.

"I like slow songs that get faster toward the middle," I answer.

"Like Tee Shirt and Skinny Love?" He asks. Those songs are by Birdy, she's my favorite solo artist other than Cher Lloyd.

"Yeah, I love Birdy," I say.

"She's pretty good, I'll admit," Luke says. "But I still like Boomerang."

"Yeah, yeah, whatever," I joke, Luke chuckles and let's go of me. He presses his lips to my forehead and sits down on his bed. Luke smiles and pats the spot next to him, gesturing for me to sit next to him. When I do, his hands go to my waist, he carefully lifts me into his lap, resting his head on my newly healed shoulder.

"I'm glad I met you," He whispers.

"Me too," I agree. "If you didn't follow me onto that bus none of this would've happened."

"Yeah," Luke sighs. "I can't imagine what would happen if I wasn't there when Brent came up to you on the street."

"That is why I thank you everyday," I say and smile up at Luke, who is already smiling at me. I shift so I'm straddling him and wrap my arms, once again, around Luke. His arms end up around my torso like they were before and he stares into my dark eyes, his light ones burning holes into mine. He lowers his head to my level and kisses my lips the way he did last night and it's amazing. I move my lips with his and he smiles into the kiss, our arms still tangled around each other.
