Becca's POV

Luke grins and reaches over to me, grabbing my hand and kissing it. I smile right back and throw away our trash. It is totally silent in the room, the only sound being the rain pouring on the roof and creating a wonderful, relaxing scent.

I sit quietly for a few minutes, looking out the window to my right. When I look back over to where Luke was, I don't see him anymore. Relief washes over me when he jogs down the stairs with a new shirt on, most likely because the original one was drenched in wonderfully scented, ice cold, rain water.

"How long were you up there?" I ask.

"Ten minutes, I'd say," Luke shrugs. I furrow my brows, "And you say I zone out too much!" He adds, laughing. I giggle in a high pitched voice that sounds a lot like Ashton's.

Suddenly I gasp and stand up, looking at the clock which says 11:10. I sigh, sitting back down. "I'm leaving at 12, I thought I was gonna be late," I explain when Luke looks at me as if I have two heads. He nods and pulls his phone out of his pocket, probably texting the boys and asking if they'll be able to come over while I'm gone.

Luke and I sit at the table for about 40 minutes, then I pull my hair into a pony tail and slip on some flats. Just before the door bell rings, I apply lip gloss and then answer it.

"Hi," I smile at Lily and Kris. I see they've become acquainted. They smile and wave, so I turn around and give Luke a quick kiss before following them to Lily's car.

"So, I have a question for you, Lily," I say from the back seat because Kristen beat me to the passenger seat.

"Shoot," she says, lips pursed.

"So you told me you have toddlers at your house, yet your going out with Ashton?" I question, confused. Kris looks at Lily as I wait for her response.

"Oh, they're not mine, they're my friend's. She's gone for a few weeks, to Brazil," Lily explains. I nod, that makes more sense. In a few minutes we pull into the familiar parking lot of the mall. All three of us run to the front doors, trying not to get soaked in the rain.

We aimlessly walk around the mall, stopping in several clothing/makeup shops. At around 1:30 we're each holding a few bags as we mince to the food court. I sit down in a small metal chair, waiting for Kris and Lily to catch up. My phone buzzes quietly, so just as the girls sit down I see what it was.

*Just found out Mike likes you XD* Calum sent. My eyes widen and I chuckle.

"What's up?" Kris asks, brows furrowed.

"Mike likes me," I say, Lily smirks and playfully nudges my elbow. I laugh and begin to text Calum back.

*How does Luke feel about that?* I ask.

*He kicked Michael's balls* I crack up at his response, smacking my knee and showing my friends.

*oh my.*

*Lol* I shove my phone into my pocket and sigh, only to start laughing again. Mike? Likes me?

"I'll be right back," Kristen says and stands up. I nod and lean my arms on the table. Lily turns to face me completely, so that her legs hang off the side of the chair instead of the front.

"What's the greatest thing Ashton's ever done for you?" She asks. I try to think of what he did for me before, and I can't just decide on one thing.

"Well there was one time when he broke Brent's nose... that day he definitely helped out a lot, but I think that the day I found out I was pregnant was the best with him. He was there for me when Luke wasn't, he let me crash at his place and he made me feel better," I explain, I was a little iffy on whether I should tell her about that or not but we're friends and she knows I am pregnant and [partially] knows my story.
