Luke's POV
"That was Unpredictable," I smile at Becca, finally finished the last song in my EP. There are 6 songs in the playlist so far; The Only Reason, Beside You, Unpredictable, Try Hard, She Looks So Perfect, and Wherever You Are. I had planned this out over the phone with Ashton and Calum this morning and it turned out well, nothing disastrous or catastrophic happened. So that's good.
The boys leave the stage with their instruments except the drums, so it is just Bec and me and the crowd of people in the dining area who stayed to watch.
"I love you so much, Luke," Becca says, grinning like mad. I stand up and put my guitar on its stand, and she stands up as well. I take her hand and interlock our fingers, dipping my head low to kiss her. The other customers clap and a few whistle, even. I chuckle into the kiss and pull away.
"I love you too baby girl," I say. Becca beams up at me. We prance off the stage, outside, and over to our car. I get in the driver's seat after opening Becca's door for her, and then I start off toward the apartments again. "What do you say, good date?" I ask, smiling but my eyes on the road.
"Nope," Bec states. "Great date!" I chuckle and turn on the radio and hear All The Small Things by blink-182. I tap my fingers on the steering wheel and begin to pull into the drive of the apartments after the next song ends.
Becca and I step outside at the same time Livi and Dylan do in their drive. I wave over at them and laugh as Livi rushes over and wraps her arms around my torso. Dylan and Becca laugh and watch as I stroke her back.
"How was the trip?" I ask them.
"We could ask you the same thing!" Livi exclaims, making me shrug. "But there was a bear right on the other side of the campgrounds and Dylan was over there at the time! I was scared shitless!" She adds, eyes wide.
"It's true, I had to hide in a vacant tent because I am terrified of bears," Dylan nods. I laugh, and that's when I notice the diamond glinting on Livi's ring finger.
"Shit! What's that?" I ask, grinning at them and holder her hand up.
"Oh, right! I forgot to tell you: I proposed a while ago, we're getting married in a few months!" Dylan shouts happily.
"Congratulations guys!" I say. Livi and Dylan thank me again and Becca and I walk inside our apartment.
Luckily, Pete is sound asleep and has no trace of previous crying. So I sit down on the familarized white couch and beckon Becca to me.
"I missed this couch," I sigh when she sits down beside me. She smiles and leans over in a much needed hug. I wrap my arms around her waist and kiss her hair. I've forgotten how good it felt to kiss her over the duration I was gone, even if it wasn't her full pink lips. It sends shivers down my spine. I love it. "But I missed you more," I add lovingly.
"I did, too," She sighs into my chest. I smile although she cannot see me.
"One quick question," I say, pulling away but still smiling. Becca raises her brows at me, "Can I kiss you?" She grins too. I take that as a yes so I crane my neck downward and press my lips onto hers gently and slowly. Her lips move in synch with mine. I swipe my tongue across her bottom lip and push it into her mouth, making her chuckle as the pash deepens.
Soon enough, I pull back and peck her forehead. I turn the beauty in my arms around so that her back is against my chest and I lean against the arm of the couch, so that our legs are sprawled out on the other cushions and my hands are securely locked into her thin hips. I kiss her shoulder and sigh.
The remainder of the day is spent in the lounge, just enjoying each other's company and then we finally go to bed at 10. I tried not to suffocate her in a bone crushing hug whilst both of us slept so I just settled with my hands on her waist.
