i heard a knock at the door, toni quickly shooing me over to it. i opened it slowly, taking a deep breath.

"oh hey ally" jughead replied, the complete opposite of who i expected at the door before me.

"hey jug" i opened the door wider and flew my hand up to toni to basically say 'false alarm'.

"why are you so dressed up?" he laughed.

"she's going on a date" he sat up quickly.

"who with?" he asked, all brotherly and protective.

"sweet pea" i answered shyly.

"okay but just be careful yeah?" he asked, switching on the television.

"i will, we are off to pop-" i started but there was another knock.

the whole thing happened again, which consisted of toni pushing me to the door and me taking a deep breath. this time i opened the door to reveal sweet pea himself.

"hey ally, you look great" he smirked, doing that same 'sexy' voice that fangs tried on midge, well it worked for him.

"hey, you too" i smiled closing the door behind me.

we hopped onto his bike and drove away quickly to pops, we were quickly seated at a booth by the window, and i was watching as the moon began to rise over the horizon.

"hey kids what can i get you?" the waiter asked, my heart sank to my stomach as i heard fp, he was working at pops i completely forgot.

he raised his eyebrows at me when i looked up at him, giving a sly smirk as he wrote down sweet peas order.

"just a burger, fries and a lemonade for me" sweet pea gave a side grin to fp.

"same but strawberry shake not lemonade please" i smiled up handing him my menu.

"thanks guys, enjoy your night" he said over enthusiastically, joking around.

"oh we will" sweet pea mumbled at me.

i kicked his leg playfully, and he reciprocated. playing footsies under the table for the next few minutes.

"so what made you ask me out?" i asked, genuinely curious.

"well you're pretty, and really cool for a northsider. and you're a badass.. always and forever" he said looking up at me.

"well i can't argue there, i'd love me too" i jokes.

"what made you say yes?" he asked.

"gut instinct?" i answered pretty truthfully, i had no idea why i'd said yes, it just felt right.

after a twenty minute wait, fp brought out our food, placing the milkshake down last. i saw that it had two straws in, but i was too late to complain as fp was walking backwards sending me a wink. he got his karma though when he walked into a barstool and it went flying.

i giggled to myself, only to turn around and see sweet pea stealing one straw of my milkshake.

"and what do you think you're doing?" i joked.

"drinking your milkshake, it's really good. try it" he said pushing the other straw my way.

i pulled it up, our faces very close, and sipped on pops' famous milkshake.

he made a stupid face and i dipped my head, laughing. only to receive a nose full of milkshake froth.

my eyes widened and i sat up.

"i think you've got something on your nose?" sweet pea chuckled.

"i'm aware" i said, going to wipe it off.

"come here" he motioned forward, and i obeyed, leaning over the table which he mirrored.

he wiped the shake off my nose and licked his finger, he then cupped my cheek with his large hand, looking down at my lips. i looked down at his then back up to his eyes. instantly our lips connected. it was nothing like the first time. it was five hundred times better. our mouths moved in synchronisation and after a minute we pulled away.

i looked up at him shyly, him looking back at me with pride.

"that was great" i commented.

"yeah, yeah it was" he nodded.

we both tucked into our food, talking about anything and everything. it had been a lovely night, and i really think i would go on another date with him.

we hopped onto the bike and he drove me all the way back to the trailer. we hopped off and he escorted me to the door, like a proper gentleman.

"would you like to go on another date? soon?" he asked hopefully.

"of course i would" i giggled.

he smiled up at me, grabbing my waist with both hands and kissing me again just as good as the time before.

"night sweet pea" i smiled.

"night princess" he winked, driving away.
