"So, the red circle are back together" Archie smiled, standing before the bulldogs and serpents.

"Urm, no. If we're going to be a gang then we're not being called 'the red circle' you'll be the southside serpents" Sweet Pea said.

I could tell that Archie wasn't planning on retaliating, so he reworded his introduction.

"I never thought I'd say this; but it looks like we're all 'temporary serpents' until we can help Ally get the justice she deserves" He said seriously, a few people cheered and hit the table excitedly.

Some people actually cared for me which felt really good, but some were here for the violence. I didn't care though, I'll take anything that can fight really.

"We need to find the ghoulies and take out their leader, Penny" He said, making Sweet Pea cringe next to me.

"What do you mean, take out their leader, Andrews?" He quizzed with furrowed brows.

"Well- I. I don't know really, what do you suggest? You're used to this stuff" He nodded.

"Hold my beer" Sweet Pea whispered jokingly in my ear, pinching my arm lightly before he walked towards Archie.

They swapped places after patting each other's backs and Archie sat down next to me.

"We're gonna sort this out for you, Ally. Whatever it takes" He assured me, making me lean into his side for a hug.

"Thanks Arch, for everything you've ever done for me" I smiled and he sent me a friendly wink before returning his attention to Sweet Pea.

"Yes we need to end the ghoulies, but we could also use them to our advantage. Find them one by one and beat them up, we'll get as much information from each of them as we can. Until the only ones that are left are the highest ranks, like Malachi and Penny" He suggested and everyone began nodding in agreement.

"Ally, we'll have to send you out as 'bait' to lure each one in. We have tabs as to where they all hang out and it's usually around the Wyrm. If one of them sees you they'll probably go straight to you so they're going to be easy targets" He said, and I agreed with a swift nod.

"So we'll go out tonight, split into groups and find them. We will do this because if they even try and touch a hair on Ally's body again then I will go and kill every single one of them" He said with so much anger that it even intimidated me.

"We'll get all of the bulldogs serpent jackets, we have loads left over from when you all protested at riverdale high so that's sorted already" Jughead said, standing up with Sweets at the front.

"Thank you all for your help, I know it's dangerous so I can't begin to thank you enough really" I smiled, which they all nodded at with beaming grins.

Their egos were definitely being fed as they helped me, the damsel in distress. But, maybe big egos and strong footballers muscles is what we needed to win this battle once and for all.

Sweet Pea raised his fingers in the serpent gang sign and shouted the words.

"In unity there is strength!"

We all raised our hands too, repeating the chant to him which sent shivers down my spine.

"You'll be fine, just don't panic and click this in your pocket as soon as they come towards you" Sweet Pea said, passing me a small pager and kissing my forehead lovingly.

"Love you, Sweets" I smiled nervously, hugging his muscular body tightly.

"Love you too, Al. Stay safe" He pleaded, letting me go.

I jumped off the bike and walked around the corner to where the ATM machine was. I instantly saw two leather jacket-wearing guys standing there. Huge wads of money decorated their hands as they high fived over their riches.

I was told to pretend that I was lost and trying to find the park, so that's exactly what I did.

"Excuse me?" I said innocently, as my nerves actually got the better of me.

I recognised these two well. They were Malachi's friends, one of them helped him when he was changing my bandages. He'd definitely recognise me too, it was just a matter of time really.

Their heads snapped towards me as they stuffed the money in their pockets quickly, looking extremely guilty as they did.

"Do you know where the park is?" I asked, stepping towards them slowly.

It was pitch black outside, so they most likely hadn't seen my face yet as I wasn't close enough to them. However, I knew who they were instantly.

"Yeah, but you should come to the bar instead. That's where the real fun is" one of them said crudely, nudging his friend with a laugh.

I clicked the pager in my pocket, signalling for them to come quickly as it would be a matter of seconds before they knew who I was.

"You know what... I think I know you" I said, stepping even closer to them.

Their heads snapped towards me, and the realisation kicked in straight away.

"Shit, it's Alana Peabody" One of them whacked the other in the chest and they rushed towards me.

I let them grab my arms and just chuckled as they fumbled around not knowing what to do with me. However, it didn't take long for the truck to come speeding around the corner.

Reggie, Archie, Sweet Pea and Jughead all leaped out and rushed towards us.

"Oh shit, run"

They threw me to the side and began to sprint away. As they passed, Jughead helped me up and told me to go and sit in the truck with Toni. I did as I was instructed and jumped in the passenger side, Toni in the drivers seat as she had the role of getaway driver.

I looked down at my bleeding arm and rolled my eyes.

"I swear, I'm like a china pot. I break so easily" I chuckled, wiping up the blood and wrapping a bit of bandage around it quickly.

"God, you haven't had it easy have you Jones?" Toni said with sympathetic eyes.

"You know, two years ago I would have probably cried over this little cut on my arm" I said, kind of ignoring her question but answering it at the same time.

It is true though, I have changed so much in two years and it was unreal. Yet for some reason I'd rather be where I am now than where I was two years ago.
