Chapter 8 (Is this the end)

The day started on a normal note where both the girls had finally learnt to wake up by themselves and after snoozing the alarm once or twice both used to hop on each other if the other one didn't get up. That was how their morning used to start. It was just a little ago that they came here but they had already developed a good bond. 'But until when?'

After one of their lectures came to an end, it was announced by their professor that they will be arranging a weekly special seminar that was to be held at a fairly good distance away from their campus and hostel. The accommodation would however be totally dependent on the students themselves and the fraternity won't be responsible for any kinds of last minute help or change. Hence they were advised to book for cabs or make groups to come and go collectively beforehand.

Everybody was a little excited because it was a very good chance where they will be able to come out of their hostel and enjoy with their friends outside.

However Annika was in a dilemma of what to choose, Should she get a cab book for herself or..
Mallika patted on her shoulder to bring her out of her trans. Having a questionable look she asked her, "Annika where are you lost? You didn't inform us while coming out?"

"Mallika i went to the washroom." and she was again lost thinking something deeply.

Soon they were joined by Advay and Shivaay. On finding Annika lost some where Advay asked her, "Hey What happened.? What are you thinking?"

"Nothing. I was thinking what should I do. I have to inform my parents before booking a car. Because it would be late when all the classes will be over and it won't be safe to go in a public bus everytime." Annika said while quite explaining her point of view to them.

"Wait who said you are booking for a cab?" Mallika asked her.

"But we need to do something naa. Like how will we come and go. It will be a month long project." Annika told them.

"Annika" Shivaay said making her turn towards him and added "You know we have 1 car each 'Mine and Advay's' and we don't just keep them you know to don't drive them at all. It was One of the many reasons why we decided to live in a flat rather than in a hostel."

"Yess and you better not think of any car booking or something as you are very much going with us." Mallika added. "Now come it's already time for our next class."

On getting no reason of not agreeing with them, Annika decided to not think of the matter now and joined them for their next class.

After the class, when everyone was going to their respective homes, Shivaay called out to Annika from behind.

Annika - What happened Shivaay?

Shivaay - Nothing much. Just wanted a favor.

Annika - Go ahead.

Shivaay - Actually..Umm..Well I hope you don't mind but i actually didn't get the right notes of the last class. So...

Annika - So you want my notes right.? Here take..

Shivaay - No... I mean yes i want but i had some doubts too. So if you could Help me on the phone.

Annika - Okay sure.

Shivaay - So can I?

Annika - Can I.. what..?

Shivaay - Can i have your number? I mean I can also have it from Mallika or call on her number to talk to you but its better to talk to you directly right.?!

Annika - Oh yeah.. Sure..:)

She gave him her number. And by giving a call on her number back, she saved his no. too.
Just when they were talking Annika got a call and excused herself to talk to the person.
