The End

Just to say a few things before I end this book:

I really did not expect this book to be read by anyone. I was just a high school freshman, just trying to pass time when I first started to write this. Honestly, I just ran out of time and inspiration for this book and I'm sorry that it didn't really get the ending it deserved.

I would also like to say thank you! This book taught me so much, and it helped me grow in my writing. Thank you to everyone who read this book (I know it kinda sucked but ya know I was like 15 when I started to write this). Everyone who voted and gave a read, it means so much to me because I would have never expected for so many people to read this!

Now, being a high school graduate I feel like I really don't have the same ideas as I did when I first started writing this, and it being years later when I decide to end it really makes it hard for me to really have the same pace as I did when I was constantly updating this book.

That being said, I've decided to tell you a little bit about what I sort of had planned for each character when wrapping the book up.

Again, thank you so much :)

--------

Justin: Justin was a sweet guy, meant for Clyde to have a fling with. He was someone who was going to help Clyde grow and develop into someone she could be proud of. They were never meant to end up together, and I honestly think I was going to have the gangster people kill him off.

Clyde's Parents (Grace and Garrett): Just like the rest of the book, Clyde's parents were going to be a little m.i.a. They were going to express their concern for her as she was going through her dark place, but never really do anything about it because they felt like whatever they did wouldn't make a difference. They had good intentions at heart, but could never seem to really understand their daughter.

Bri: Bri was never really going to come back, just a person from Clyde's old life in her hometown. Eventually, Bri would let go of her grudges, and maybe even reach out to Clyde later down the line, but not during the story being told in this book.

Max: The idea of Max would haunt Clyde for the rest of her life. What he did to her is unspeakable, and she would never forget, but he truly did remorse for what he did at the end of his life. Max was just one of the many traumas that Clyde had faced.

Kira: Kira would end up taking down the head gangster (I can't even remember his name lol), and taking charge of the gang herself, determined to keep her loved ones out of harm's way. Being as tough as she is, she would disappear from her family in order to keep them safe, so that no one from her gang or any other gangs would ever bother them again.

Dad Drew: Dad Drew would shortly rekindle his relationship with his daughter before she disappears, but more importantly he would rekindle his relationship with Nicole (Other Drew's Mom). He would then end up living a normal life happily with Nicole.

Nicole: Even though she has a had a very life ever since Dad Drew came into her life, she can finally rest happy. Nicole finally got her happy ending.

Drew: As soon as the whole gang mess got taken care of, Drew would realize that there isn't really anyone else for him besides Clyde. They had just been through too much together to keep pushing off their feelings for each other any longer. Clyde would back away, afraid of being hurt again, but Drew was persistent and eventually got Clyde to marry him. Drew and Clyde kept a long distance relationship until the end of high school but ended up attending the same college. Drew would end up becoming a police officer.

Clyde: Clyde has been through one huge rollercoaster since high school had started. After risking her life a number of times, she was finally uninvolved with gang-related issues, making her free to finally make safe decisions that were her own. These hardships would never be forgotten though, they would stay with her the rest of her life, sometimes keeping her up at night. Regardless, she would graduate from her school in New York and pursue college, becoming a journalist. As far as Drew goes, it took her a while to accept her feelings for him again, but she has never once regretted it. Clyde would live a safe and happy life (not without a little paranoia though), marrying Drew and eventually having kids of their own.

-------

So yea. I know this probably wasn't the ending you all were expecting, but it's the best one I can give considering I don't even really remember what happened in the book.

It really has been a journey, and I want to thank all of you for joining me on it.

If you have any other characters you want to know what happened to, let me know!

Have fun, be safe, love you all lots,

-Lex :)
