I stand atop a peak,
ready to dive.
It's no mean feat,
That I am still alive.
When I was forsaken,
The world didn't move.
But now that it is shaken,
There's no way I can lose.
I've swept it by storm,
And at the end of life,
I seem worse the worn,
Living up to the hype.
As I leap the wind eats me,
Free-falling through the mist.
The world's as I'm meant to see it,
