Part 8

A Few Days Later - 3 Days left until University .

"Caspar? Can I talk to you?" I knocked on his door, and waited. Joe and I haven't told anyone about us being together yet except Sydney, so today we're starting with our siblings.
"Come in." I walked in and saw him sitting on his bed doing something on his laptop.
"Editing for youtube?" I asked as I went and sat next to him.
"Yeah, just got done anyway. But what's up?"
"I didn't think to say anything, mostly because I've been trying to keep this a secret. But I'm seeing Joe now." Caspar looked up at me and a smile appeared on his face. Thank goodness he still likes the thought of us being together.
"I'm proud of you Cate. Joe's my bestfriend and he may be an idiot at times, but I know he's good for you. And being your older brother, that's all I've ever wanted for you." He pulled me into a hug and I started tearing up.
"Thank you Caspar." We pulled away from the hug. "He makes me happy in ways I can't explain, I think I've finally got it right." Caspar wiped away my tears and smiled at me.
"I love you Cate. And if he ever hurts you, you better let me know, I'll still be living with him even when you go back to school."
"Speaking of that Caspar, when I'm out of school, he wants to move in with me, like in our own little apartment."
"Christ Cate, are you inviting me to your wedding now too?" I shoved Caspar and we both laughed.
"Shut up." I smiled. Having this support from Caspar meant a lot to me. Man why do I have to leave.

Zoe's House - Joe's p.o.v.

"So what'd you have to tell me?" Zoe asked as she was looking in her fridge for stuff to make dinner.
"I'm pretty sure Cate already told Caspar by now, but Cate and I are seeing each other." I told her, she looked back at me and smiled.
"Well it's about time!! She asked so much about you when we went to get our nails done. She told me that she knows you two had feelings for each other, she just didn't want or know to how say anything! Weird right?" Zoe told me, I laughed. That whole time when I asked Cate if she talked to Zoe about anything certain like us, she lied to not have to tell me she likes me. I smiled at the thought.
"Literally she's the person I've been waiting for my whole life Zoe, she's perfect."
"Aw Joe, don't get all emotional on me. But I'm glad, she's such a good friend to me, and she's super sweet. Keep her around." Zoe told me, I nodded my head because I already knew I was going too, I can't imagine my life without Cate in it.
"I plan on it. I just wish she would let up a little you know? Like with school and everything, she puts too much pressure on herself. She's very smart, she'll get far, I know it." I explained.
"That's just the type of person she is, she has goals and that's a good thing. You should want a girl who's independant and wants to get things done." Zoe said.
"I'm gonna fucking miss her when she leaves though Zo, she's going to be going for another 3 months or so. What if she finds someone else during that time?" I asked. I never really thought about what it's going to be like when she's gone. Of course she brings it up constantly because she's so worried about going back and leaving me. But it's going to be so weird without her here.
"If she really cares about you Joe like I know she does, she'll stick around. Just don't go out of her reach and that won't be a problem." Zoe's right, as long as I don't let Cate out of my reach, she won't be far gone.
"She leaves in pretty much 2 days, what do I do?"
"Make sure she has the best 2 days of her life with you."

The Next Day - 2 Days left until University .

"Goodmorning beautiful." I turned over to see Cate looking at me, smiling. I tucked a piece of her hair behind her ear and leaned over to kiss her cheek.
"Goodmorning." Cate said softly. She's so cute when she first wakes up, cause she's still sleepy and she's like a little baby.
"What do you want to do today?" I asked her. She got up and came over then layed down on my chest.
"As long as I'm with you, it doesn't really matter to me. We should just stay in today, how's that sound?" She asked. I smiled for a quick second then I kissed her forehead.
"That sounds perfect. We can watch movies and I even can go make you breakfast in bed, and later maybe we can play a few video games if you'd like. But that's just an idea." She got up and turned her head to me. Cate nodded her head, then kissed me.
"I also have an idea." Cate winked at me and kissed me once more but it was rough and tense. I pulled her ontop of me and we began kissing more and more. I smiled every now and then between kisses because she'd bite my bottom lip. Each time we make love, I always feel a huge rush in my body. That even though I've seen her body a few times already, how beautiful she is still blows me away with every second that goes by. I'm completely in love with this girl.
