Mark's POV

"Let's goooo Chica!"
I open the front door and let the puppo run over to the car where Y/n patiently waits.
I smile and walk over.
Opening the drivers side door, I remember how Chica gets car sick.
"Um....Y/n?" I say.
The girl turns to me with a worried look on her face.
"Is something wrong?" She asks, a bit panicked.
"No! I was just wondering if you could sit with Chica. She gets car sick if she looks out the window."
All of the concern on her face fades away leaving a smile.
"Sure!"
She then hops out the car and goes into the back seat.
Chica hops in and sits down next to her.
Closing the door, Y/n pats her thigh causing Chica to lay her head down in her.

They're so adorable together.

Before my thoughts can consume me, I adjust the mirror and pull out of the driveway toward UCLA campus.

"So, how did you and Ethan meet?" I ask.
"We had a class together and he sat next to me."
I raise my eyebrow.
"Ethan's in college?" I ask, confused.
"Yeah. You didn't know that?"
I think back to when Ethan moved here.
He said he couldn't edit in the afternoon because that's when he would record.
"He...never mentioned it."
She nods and stares out the window.
"I want to take you out to dinner." Y/n tells me out of the blue.
"What?" I ask, my face flushing a light red.
"To repay you for all the kindness you have shown me."
She looks at me with a bright smile.
I shake my head.
"It's so problem. You don't have to do anything for me."
She laughs.
"Of course I do!" She says.
"I can't let you do all this for me and never do anything for you."
She sighs.
"Besides..."
Y/n trails off into mumbling.
"What was that?" I ask.
"Nothing!"
Her face is slightly pink.
"Alright."
I make a left turn, pulling onto campus.
"Here we are."
I get out and open the door for her.
"Why thank you good Sir." She says.
"No problem Madam."
Taking once last glance at each other, she waves and runs off to class.
I get back into my car and lay my head on the steering wheel and sigh.

"What is she doing to me Chica?"

Ethan's POV

You can do this Ethan.
You're going to invite her to hang out and then when our day of fun ends, you'll confess.
Even if she doesn't say yes, we're going to continue to prove that she should say yes.

The classroom door opens and someone enters.
I ignore them.
Probably just some random student anyways.

We'll first go to a new restaurant in town and have chicken wings like we always do.
Then, I'll take her to the fair that's in town for the week.
Finally, it'll end with us going to watch...listen to some fireworks.
Even though she's blind, she still loves them.
That's when-

"Ethan? Are you here yet?"
I turn my head to see Y/n sitting next to me.
She's looking directly at me.
"I can hear someone there."
I take in a deep breath.
"I'm here." I say.
She nods.
"Good. Please don't ignore me next time. I was worried that I might have walked into the wrong room."
I chuckle.
"Yeah yeah."
The professor enters the room and takes a seat at her desk.
She does not look like she's having a good day.
We'll probably be doing something super easy.
"Hey Y/n."
She turns to face me again.
"Yeah?"

Ask her just as if you aren't going to confess your feelings to her.
Easy, right?

"Want to h-hang out after all out c-classes are over?"

God dang it Ethan!
Why the stuttering?!

"I'm sorry Ethan."
She frowns.
"I'm taking Mark to dinner to repay him for letting me stay at his house."
All hope leaves my body.
"O-oh." I practically whisper.
"Maybe we can tomorrow!"
Her frown turns upside down.
"Yeah...tomorrow....."

It might be too late.

Kadence's POV
(Sorry for all the POV switches)

All of my anger from yesterday goes into the dance I'm performing with my partner.
Every turn I make is sharp and my steps are more like stomps.
Then the music cuts.
"Why did you stop it?" I ask, turning toward my partner.
"Is something wrong?" She asks.
I shake my head.
"Everything' fine. Let's just finish this routine."
I press play and go to continue on, but she pauses it again.
"What the hell?!" I snap.
"Something's wrong and you're not telling me."
I roll my eyes.
"I don't have to tell you anything Kate. You're not my mother."
She doesn't say anything.
She only stands in front of the laptop.
"Now move the f*** out of my way!"
I push the girl and she stumbles, falling to the floor.
My eyes go wide as I realize what I've just done.
"Kate I-"
She stands up and leaves, tears pouring down her face, before I can even finish my sentence.
"F***!" I shout and punch the closest wall that, thank god, wasn't covered in mirrors.
The door reopens and there hands my dance instructor with a look of pure anger on his face.
"Why did Kate run out of her crying?!" He asks.
I simply shrug and let myself fall into a seated position on the floor.
"Don't you dare sass me young lady." He says as he points his finger at me.
"I've had it up to here with you, and I'm not afraid to get you kicked out of classes for a week."
I roll my eyes.
"Don't you-!"
I stand up.
"Shut up already!" I say.
"Stop acting like you're someone when you're not!"
He keeps his mouth shut.
"In the end, you're only a dance instructor at a college because your own career failed."
He looks taken aback.
With that, I pick my water bottle up off the floor and storm out the building.

This is gonna come back to bite me.
