Your favorite time of year was in the springtime when it would rain almost every day. The scent of the air made you fall in love with the sky, and the green grass and blooming trees gave you life. You could stay in and wear hoodies, or sit out on your patio, which had a tin roof over it, and listen to the patter of raindrops falling from above.

You decided today was a perfect day to sit on your patio, the rain wasn't supposed to stop for hours and you had no school that day. So you gathered your phone, a book, and some blankets and pillows and headed out to sit on your patio. The warm, sticky air hit your face as you slid open the glass door and shut it behind you, throwing all of your things you brought out onto the outdoor couch made of white wicker and had orange cushions. There were walls of tinted glass around the patio, so everything outside seemed darker and blurred.

You stood there for a minute, looking out at the trees and grass of your backyard, taking in the scent and warmth. You threw yourself onto the couch, opened your book, and started reading.

You had been reading for about half an hour when you looked up and saw Izuku running down the sidewalk. You had left the door to the patio open, so you could see him running by quickly. He had his coat over his head and he looked distressed. He was soaked and was the puddles splashed up onto his pants and shirt.

His upset expression pulled at your mind, so you grabbed your umbrella, opened the glass door, and ran up to him. When he saw you he smiled and waved, rushing to you and taking shelter under your umbrella. "Hey! I didn't know this is where you lived, Y/N," he called out to you.

"Yep, this is my house," you said gesturing towards your home. "What are you doing out here in the rain?"

"Well I was walking home from... somewhere, (the beach, duh lol) and it started raining. Pretty unlucky, huh?" he said, chuckling. You laughed back and tucked your hair behind your ear.

"Well, I don't know how far away your house is, but if you want you can wait at my house until it stops raining or your mom comes or something," you offered.

"Heh, y-yeah. That sounds alright," he responded, beginning to blush. It was obvious he had never been to a girl's house before. You turned on your heel and started walking towards your patio. "Oh, uh," he started.

"What is it?" you asked, still walking.

"It's nothing. Thanks for having me," he said. You smiled and walked up the stairs. You plopped down on the couch and watched as he awkwardly looked around.

"Oh! Um, do you need a towel, or some clothes or something warm to eat?" you asked.

"Could I have a towel maybe?" he said, shrugging. You nodded and hopped up to get a towel from your bathroom. 'I can't believe this is happening'

You had always liked Izuku, mainly for his consideration of others and how shy he was around you. Not to mention his bouncy curls and cute freckles.

You stepped out onto the patio to see that Izuku had unbuttoned his shirt and was running his hands through his hair. You noticed his muscular body, and your mind strayed as you handed the towel to him.

"Thanks," he said, taking the towel. He draped it over his hair and attempted to dry it. You sat down with about two feet between you, awkwardly sitting straight and placing your hands on your knees.

"I hope you don't mind me staying here like this. I really don't mean to impose or anything," he apologized. He let the towel hang over his head and darted his eyes around.

You laughed and looked him in the face. "It's no problem. You look like a sith right now," you said, stifling your laughter. He started laughing too and pulled the towel down over his eyes.

"I am the senate!" he joked. You giggled a little, admiring his nerdy side. He chuckled and pulled back the towel, having it laying around his neck. You rubbed your face with your hand and pulled the blanket up to your chin.

Even though it was warm out, you felt chills as you watched him dry off the rest of his clothes and body, looking focused and happy. "Are you cold?" he asked.

"What? Oh, not necessarily," you said.

"What's that supposed to mean?" he questioned, looking at you confused.

"Oh, I-I don't mean anything by that," you said bashfully, looking down. You felt his eyes on you and looked back up, seeing a blush running across his face. "What?"

"N-nothing. What to you?" he retorted sweetly. You laughed and shook your head, embracing how awkward this conversation was. "Uhm, I'm sorry to ask this, but why are you being so nice to me right now? I hope this isn't out of line, but you're usually cold to everyone. You just keep to yourself," he stated.

The question took you aback, because it was true. You were being unusually nice, for you anyway. "Well, I guess keeping up an uninterested facade all the time is just to help me get ahead. If I make friends and get attached then stepping on people in order to get to the top will be hard. Like when I let people in my life I fall for them hard, and I have too much to lose if I risk it all for a person," you admitted.

"Yeah but why me today? That's not a bad thing to live by but I don't understand why me, why today?"

"Well, truth is that you're not a bad person. You really inspire the class—and me, and even though I might not always be very social I do appreciate and look up to you," you said. "And I've been trying to keep myself from admitting this to anyone, or me even. But I like you." You almost flung your hands up to your mouth. You couldn't believe that you had flat-out told him like that.

He blushed profusely at your compliment and looked surprised. No one ever expected you to be kind to anyone, much less Izuku. You always did your best to avoid him more than anyone in the class, even snapping at him some times. You didn't want to hurt his feelings, but the best way, to you anyway, was to pretend you didn't care about him.

"Thank you, th-that means a lot to me. And what do you mean like me?" He asked, blushing even deeper.

"Well," you said, scooting closer to him, brushing your fingertips over his scarred hands, "I mean that you're handsome. And there's something about you that intrigues me..." his eyes widened and he looked at your hand on his. His mouth opened slightly and he looked back up at you, making eye contact.

"I-I had no idea. I honestly thought you hated me or something," he said, stumbling over his words. He tore back his hand, holding it to his chest, destroying all the confidence you had.

"Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable. And sorry I'm hard to read and all," you started to apologize. "And sorry if you don't want me touching you, it's just..."

"No don't worry about i-it. I really don't mind. I mean... you're kind of special to me too," he said, reluctantly putting his hand down to yours, gently caressing the skin. "I mean, more than just kinda. After the USJ incident, and I saw how you fought and struggled to save Aizawa from the Nomu. It struck a chord in me."

You had no idea that had impacted him so much, you just ran before you could think. You hadn't been able to be very effective against the powerful beast, but you gave it all you could. "Really? I didn't really do that much."

"Yeah. I think you're a really good hero. You inspire me too," he said. You smiled and let your hair fall over your face. You felt a shaky hand reach to push it back, and you watched his trembling mouth frown in concentration as he worked it back behind your ear. The contact you made was delicious, too much and not enough at the same time, and his nervous energy transferred through him to you, making sweat bead across your forehead.

The rain pattered on the tin roof and creating a beautiful melody as you gently placed your hand on his abs and lightly ran your fingertips up and down as you looked him in the eyes. They were wide with surprise and arousal, his cheeks still amazingly red. You leaned in even closer to him, snaking your arm around his slender waist. "Izuku, can I kiss you?"

His jaw dropped in disbelief, his eyes growing even wider. "Uhhh, uh, y-yes. Yes please," he whispered. You parted your lips and pressed them onto his stiff, unmoving mouth. You opened it with your tongue and he let you in, his warmth going through your whole body and making you sweat even more. You shifted to sit on his lap, leaning down and kissing him deeply. He let out little moans of pleasure as your tongue slid around his mouth, and letting his into yours in turn.

His hands awkwardly found their way to your hips, then sneaking up to the small of your waist. Your fingers clenched at his hair, his curls tickling your knuckles. You parted your kiss with a gasp, struggling for air. A wide smile appeared on his face. You leaned back down and kiss his jaw, a surprised moan coming from his lips. "More," he whispered. You laughed quietly and found your way down to the crook of his neck. You licked up from the muscles of his shoulder, to his neck, and then up to his jaw, and then up to his lips again.

You could tell he was enjoying your touch by the heat growing underneath you. You pulled back and ripped off his shirt, revealing his pecs, scarred and muscular arms, and the curve of his body. You took in all of his beauty as he took off your shirt as well. He picked you up and stood, one hand on your butt, the other on your back. "Wow, you're so light," he joked.
