Todoroki is wearing an all-white tux. His hair is slicked back, which looks amazing. His face stays rather placid, besides the occasional smile when he makes eye contact with you. He keeps his eyes on you the whole time, the only thing keeping him stable with all of the people watching your ceremony.
"I usually don't have a lot to say. I'm not sure what one usually says during weddings, so I'll just tell you the things I'm thinking. It's hard to put it into words, but I'll try my best. I knew you were the one when I saw you in your hero costume for the first time. The incredible confidence you had when your cape whipped behind you made my heart drop to my shoes. Your eyes told me that you are not a person to be doubted. Your smile told me that you stay happy in the most dire of situations. Your clenched fist told me that you are stronger than everyone, especially me. I'm not the best at reading people, but for the first time in my life, one glance at you told me everything I needed to know about you.
"You are the only person who can understand my ridiculous notions. You support me through everything. That's why, when I saw you standing above me as a hero for the very first time, I knew you were my soul mate. So I vow to always be the man you believe I am."
