I feel like your shadow
I'm always with you but more for comfort
I'm constantly asked to be with you but I'm fed up
I just don't want to be with you anymoreJust leave me but I know you can't
You just want my attention, nothing else
I just want my time in the sun
You've had enough of it nowYou tell me you've been well looked after but it seems like you're lying
The attention you demand is too much
I'm always hesitating but I always end up staying
You use me and I don't want that anymoreWhy do you show me love if you don't care?
You just want me
I don't want you
Why do you not go to someone else?I'm just your shadow
I can't get rid of you but I'm going to try
You don't need followers
You need yourself
