I'm dreaming of a white Christmas
Why does all of this have to be dampened down
I don't understand why it had to be like this
Now you have left all the tears are making me drown
I don't think you understand
Christmas is a time for family and cheer
I loved you but now you have gone
My eye now shining from the glistening of a tear
We stayed together for all those years
The time we spent together being lovers
Your hugs and kisses I will never forget
Now I'm left lonely this Christmas
The weather outside displays the mood
A damping of rain and a storm of wind
The crushing from the pain now running through my chest
Now you've left I cannot love Christmas anymore
You broke my heart and that is all
The pain just hurts and hurts
But nothing except from a white Christmas will cheer me up
Now left upstairs in a Christmas grump
