Mindless

Mindless activities happen to fast
From knowing to not knowing as quick as a flash.
Staring out the window trying to find your purpose
You are guilty you know it and we don't let it hurt us.

Conscious to unconscious you mind slips a thought
Flowing through your mind that was lucky not to get caught.
The mind wonders why you're really here
The mindlessness tells you that you deserve to be here.

An unconscious state is all it is
Twisting and turning making you miss
Points that have been made.
That's just mindless.
