Day of the Dead

As we remember who you are
We put photos of you up to see
The stay starts to fall
Now excitement for us all
For tomorrow is the day of the dead

As you walk by
We see your smile
You see us
We see you
We all recollect pour memories
All at the day of the dead

As the day goes on
Gifts and food made just for you
We make the bread
We celebrate the dead
All at the day of the dead

As the day grows old
We say our goodbyes
You go back and we stay put
Another year to wait for you again
Can't wait for day of the dead
