Lasting Love

I don't know how I feel
All my thoughts are mixed up
I want to love you but I can't
Loving is hard and I don't think I'm prepared

You know how much you mean to me but you keep doing the same
You go and run off but want me back
It's hard to say no but it's getting to much
I love you just don't keep doing this

I left you but now I don't know what to do
I still love you but I was fed up of you messing me about
You stand there talking to me as if nothing happened
We both know that we still love and it's killing us inside

When we go out I'm scared to say I love you
I'm scared that you don't love me like I do you
Just tell me what you want and I'll let you have it
I just want the key to you heart but I know I don't have it

The love we share is for the best
I want to stay with you forever
You won't want the same
You'll just keep messing me about

I know some one out there wants me
Some one who I truly deserve
My soul mate for life will never think twice
And love will last forever
