A teddy bear sits and basis
In its glory, as it has done for years.
A rock lays there. Mistreated.
With its crystalised salt tears. The Rock holds strong-
Yet battered and outcasted.
The bear rips, tearing my heart apart-
As it has been handled with love and careMy teddy-
A waste of my time and effort
The rock-
No care or effort needed. Yet irreplaceable.I want the easier and better route
My rock. I will now love and you will be there for me.
Bin the teddy. You were a waste of my soul and goodwill.
See you soon, I will always remember you
