Flicking through pages. Pages of life.
Forgetting the alphabet. Forgetting words said.
The dictionary is long. Longer than a piece of string.
Yet short. Once read there's no going back.
No chapters. Just letters.
Through life 'baby','toddler','infant','adolescent', 'adult', 'elderly' all within 200 pages of each other.
For life is short. Words keep coming. You keep hiding. Dodging opportunities coming at you.
So absorb it. Absorb the words. Absorb life.
