This was requested by Loony_22 just saying, my heart almost exploded at this.

To sleep or not to sleep, was the question on Peter's mind as he laid in his bed. Even if he chose the former, Peter wouldn't be able to get a  wink of sleep. The kid was buzzing with adrenaline. No way was he gonna come down from that anytime soon (lies).  So he got out of his oh so comfy bed and trudged to the living quarters, ignoring the feeling of something going wrong. The adrenaline was beginning to wear off, Sleepy Pete began to surface. His tired face turned into a slight scowl. Time to search for the coffee. Peter swung the door open and stalked in, completely ignoring everyone in the room. His mind was set on the coffee in the kitchen that he knew was brewing because Tony was never without a pot.

"What are you doing, Pete?" Tony asked. Peter ignored him and was about to walk into the kitchen when he tripped over his foot. He was sprawled out on the floor, face first and he groaned.

"God has forgotten my existence and the demons have come for me," Peter groaned out. Tony sighed, it was Sleepy Pete. He got up and moved to get the teen up. The other Avengers stared, confused. Tony went to grab the kid's arm when the kid moved again. He jerked a bit before flopping his head to look at Tony.

"I just wanted coffee Mr. Stark, is it too much to ask for?" Peter questioned before sitting up. His hair was a mess of curls and his movements were sluggish. Tony rolled his eyes, this kid did not need coffee. His kid needed sleep.

"Okay, c'mon Pete," Tony attempted to pull the kid to his feet. Peter resisted, but being the tired and light teen he was, he ended up flying into his mentor. There was a snort from Clint. Peter pulled away. He pointed an accusing finger at Tony, but um, not the pointer finger...

"Jeez kid, slow your roll," Tony chuckled, he heard the sharp intake of breath from Cap.

"This is your fault," Peter accused, Tony let out a hard wheeze. Peter watched, before saying,

"I am confusion,"  Peter informed. Tony wheezed harder, knowing what he was quoting. Currently, Peter was wearing a sleeveless Spider-man shirt that has a hood on it, and grey sweatpants, so all the Avengers saw the muscles on this random 15-year-old kid (he's forever 15 in my mind). Tony slowly stopped wheezing and met the kid's eyes. A hard glare was set on them, but it looked more like puppy eyes. Tony smiled before wrapping an arm around Peter's shoulders and having to forcefully lead him back to his room before having Friday lock his room for the night. He heard Peter spewing random vines as he walked away.

"GO TO BED," Tony yelled as Peter previously yelled 'let me out'. Peter grumbled something that sounded concerningly like 'Fuck you, Mr. Stark'. Tony decided to ignore it. When he got back to the team, who had wisely stayed out of it, he was bombarded with questions. Tony raised a hand to cease their talking. As soon as he was about to say something, there was a loud crash from Peter's room. Tony sighed as the rest of the Avengers went to get up. Tony stopped them, before yelling down the hall.

"You good Pete?" there was a beat of silence before,

"That hurt like a  buttcheek on a stick,"

"Cool," Tony provided. He sat back down and stared at the team. He took a deep breath.

"That's Peter, he's my intern, kind of like my son, so don't hurt him. He's staying here because his aunt is on vacation right now. He isn't usually like this, he's just super tired, so tomorrow, you'll probably see him when he's a literal angel. Okay?" Tony asked. Everyone slowly nodded their heads.

"Cool, questions?" Cap asked him the first question.

"Since when did you get an intern?" Tony rolled his eyes.
