Hajsuzggzhs I know shit nothing about Palette apart from his like clothes and parents--
IM SO SORRY XD
---Geno's POV----
I walked home faster than usual, worried about Goth and Raven. If I get home to find both of them missing I'll go ballistic. Anything could have happened in the half hour we've been separated.
Walking faster, I rounded a bend in the alleyway only to smash face first into someone.
The two of us sprawled out across the floor in a tangle of limbs, me cursing with the other frantically apologising, trying to push themselves off of me.
I growled, giving them a big shove that sent them flying off of me, thumping into the ground roughly with a weak cry. "What the hell is your problem!?" I hissed, glaring at them.
"I-I'm sorry! Y-You just came so suddenly!" They stood up, glancing around for a moment before properly looking at me. Instantly his eyes widened and he stumbled back.
My narrowed and I looked him up and down, something telling me that he looked irritatingly familiar.
He was a skeleton, quite small and thin. He wore a dirty lab coat that looked as if it had once been white and brand new. A pair of cracked glasses covered over his eyes as as they glinted I had a horrible flashback of the guy from fifteen years ago that had taken over the police core and tried to kill all of us.
I shook my head quickly, growling softly as I watched him take a slight step back. "Watch where you're going next time."
He nodded quickly, his gaze resting on my scarf suddenly. "I-I will..."
I hissed softly, gripping onto my scarf protectively as I stepped past him, purposefully walking into him.
He yelped and grabbed onto me for support, resulting in him gripping onto my scarf and tugging it, making a sickening rip ring out that made at soul stop.
I whipped around in fury, my eyes burning as I saw the strip of red fabric held in his hand tightly. "You little shit!" I yelled, summoning sharpened bone attacks by my side.
The guy yelped, immediately turning around and running as I sent three bone attacks flying at him.
They speared into the ground right next to his foot, and he let out a startled yelp before sprinting faster than I thought was possible back down the alleyway.
I chased after him, hissing as I fired more attacks.
None of them hit him, and soon enough he rounded another bend, he disappeared. Not a trace of him.
I growled loudly, looking around for a good few minutes before giving up. I immediately checked my scarf, nearly wanting to cry at the sight of the giant tear in it, ripping it more than it already was.
Clutching it tightly, I walked the rest of the way home slowly, terrified someone else would ruin it.
---Sci's POV----
I scrambled down another alleyway, clutching the piece of fabric tight in my gloved hands. I couldn't have asked for a better opportunity really. Anything from Geno would have been ideal. But some of his scarf is just perfect.
A quick glance behind me confirmed that he was no longer chasing me, so I slowed down, panting softly.
Stage one is done. All I need is to do stage three and four... All I need is a victim...
