  Part 12- Imagine:
What do I say? Do I lie so that he stays away from me, or do I tell the truth? Hell I don't even know what the truth is anymore, it's getting too much for me.

I take a deep breath. "It's real but-"

Shawn walks away from me.

"No Shawn, listen wait! I need to explain." It's my turn to run after him. He ignores as I walk beside him, so I try to tell him as much as I can.

"It was a dare at my 11th birthday sleepover. Alisha cropped the video so only I was shown. It's nothing, I promise."

"Then what about the other rumours huh?" he yells at me.

I stop. "You seriously believe them? Shawn, you know me. Just because I liked boys' company and was an absolute tomboy doesn't mean I'm gay. Remember that whole Nash thing I had and also for-" I shake my head, now's not the time to mention Shawn's name.

"Come on Shawn, you know that's not true."

He sighs. "Okay, but what about Alisha and all that business huh?"

I shut my eyes. "Let's not go into that-"

"Goodbye Y/n."

Just like that, he disappears off again.

After what feels like forever, I head in the same direction and make my way home. I take a shower and start packing some things. As I'm doing that, my phone goes off, and I've received a message from an unknown number.

I see a blurry photo of me. I'm kissing Jake, and his hands are all over my body. Underneath the picture is a made-up profile of me.

Name- Slutty Y/n
Age- 17
Location- close proximity, distance means nothing for fun ;)
Hobbies/Skills- stealing boyfriends, kissing girls
Availability- slutty and single

I message her.

To Alisha: Is that the best you can do? SO basic, once again.

From Alisha: I'm sorry, I have no idea what you're on about. Which reminds me, I've just received a surprise message about you. Think it suits you well.

To Alisha: I'm surprised you didn't make it bitch. Now back off, you've made your point.

From Alisha: This is just the start Y/n, just you wait.

I run down to the garage and pack a sleeping bag, hoping it will be enough to keep me warm. I leave my house and run down the streets, keeping to the shadows incase anyone's watching. My breath fogs up infront of me as I fight against the chills of the evening. My boots crunch with every step as I walk towards the forest, towards the only place of comfort I know.

Shawn's POV:

There's a knock on the door and everyone turns their head.

"Can I burrow Shawn Mendes please?"

My heart quickens as dozens of pairs of eyes rest on me as I gather my things and walk out of class. I'm faced by Y/n's mom and two officers.

I gulp as I follow them to the Principal's office.

"Take a seat please," one of the officers says.

I sit down obediently.

"You have been taken out of class for a brief questioning if that's alright with you Mr Mendes?"

I nod my head and watch Mrs Y/l/n carefully. Something must have happened, why else is the police here. My mind flashbacks to last night. Oh god, please don't tell me Y/n...

"Mr Mendes? I repeat, were you or were you not with Y/n Y/l/n last night before she went missing?"

I open my mouth to speak but my throat is dry. "I, uh, I was with her yesterday."
