Chapter 24: Real & Fake

Sam pov

" won't you miss me?" ang kapal hah ng Ethan na to hah

" Are you with someone?" Hala si Gio pala, im sure pabalik na sya sa table namin baka ano pa isipin nya pag nakita kami ni Ethan.

" Can you please leave me alone? Di ka ba nakakaintindi ng salitang Privacy. "

" Samantha , you know what? Why are you being like this, don't you get it."

" Get what?"

" That i like you, you are the only girl who get my whole attention, so it's mean that your lucky."

" Get lost, stupid , idiot or what so ever. I don't need anything from you. So just leave me alone." Habang padiin na sinabi ko sa yun sa kanya pero mahina lang baka kasi marinig ako ni Gio.

" I didn't know that words you said, The only word i know right now is I Like You, and i think I am fall in love with you."

" stop that corny pick up line okay! You just met me earlier and now you want me to believe you. Haiist, just leave."

" No i am not!" Instead of leaving he sit on Gio's chair.

Tumayo ako at niligpit yung mga books , aalis na sana ako nang bigla akong tinawag ni Gio.

Ethan pov

"Val"

Lumingon ako at nakita ko si Gio, calling Samantha as Val. Kumunot ang noo ko at tumingin ako kay samantha she looks so nervous.

" hey bro!" Lumapit ako kay gio

" Hey , you're here!" Sagot nya sakin, now i have to find out something.

" who is she?" While pointing Samantha or what so ever.

" Bro, this is Valerie Montefalcon my fiancee?" huhh, Valerie what ?i thought she is....

" Val, this is my Cousin Ethan. " i look at her but she looks so nervous ,

I just fake a smile to Gio and i smirk to Samantha or Val. Is she lying to my cousin or what?

" Gio , i-- i-- have to go!" I caught you Samantha. You are not Val , You look so obvious . you are nervous while looking at me. You know that i know who really you are?

She leave us in the library. I didn't ask my cousin about this, but why he didn't notice that this girl is not his real fiancee. I mean they are in the same school.

This is my third class for this day. Sadly, Samantha is not my classmate.

Then i saw someone entered the room  , i look at my watch. Oh gosh, she is Thirty minutes late. How important she is?

Our professor just looking at her while this girl is walking and sitting beside me.

" Miss  Valerie Montefalcon, i know how rich you are and your family but please don't use your power. You're always late in my class and you didn't pay an attention. " But this girl just rolled her eyes then look at me. But wait she really is? She is Valerie, the real Valerie. Not Bad at all.

" Why are you looking at?"

" Ahm... Nothing , just enjoying the view outside. Don't try to assume 'cause your not my type." Yes, she is not my type. Samantha is better for me... I mean to Gio.

"I want to tell him the truth but how, i don't want her to be mad at me. Lord please help me!"

" Look samantha, nagmumukha ka ng sira sa ginagawa mo. So stop it okay, just calm dowm. Remember his promise!"

She really feel sorry about this, but why did she lied to my Cousin. At first , i know Samantha is really a good person. But why did she lied?

Sam pov

Bakit sya pa? I think mauunahan nya na akong sabihin kay Gio ang totoo. Pero hindi, hindi dapat manggaling sa ibang tao. Dapat marinig nya muna yung side ko.

" Sam, are you alright?"

" Val, pumasok kana pala?"

" Yeaah, why not? Anyway,  you look so nervous what happened?"

" Huh? "

" Anyway, we have to talk?"

Valerie Pov

Pumunta kami sa garden at kaming dalawa lang doon. I guess!

" Ano ba yun? Bakit kailangang dito pa?" .

" Sam, Thank you for pretending to Gio. I want to tell you that you don't have to pretend to Gio, because i will going to marry him." Nanlaki yung mga mata nya sa mga sinabi ko. May nakakashock ba sa sinabi ko.

" Hah, i thought you don't want to marry him, because you have a boy--"

" We broke up, i thought he is the right man for me but i was wrong. And Dad is right, i met Gio the other day . I realized that he is perfect and he is my type, i like him . "At nakakahiya mang sabihin pero sya ang dahilan kaya lagi akong nalelate sa Class ko, lagi kasi akong sumusunod sa kanya. Totoo nga ang sinasabi ng mga girls sa parking lot na 'You cant resist Gio's look' kahit sino maiinlove lang sa kanya. Si Sam kaya, sana hindi!

" So kailangan na nating sabihin sa kanya ang totoo bago pa malaman ni Dad ang ginawa natin , ay ako lang pala!." I look at Sam pero ang tahimik nya lang. Tapos nakita kong may suot syang singsing sa daliri nya.

"Sam, what's that? "

Bago lang sya bumalik sa sarili nya,  tapos hinubad nya yung singsing nya.

"Actually this is for you, binigay ni Gio yan." Tapos nilagay nya sa palad ko at tumingin ako sa kanya.

" Sam , for me?."

" I guess!, diba di naman ako yung fiancee nya. Isuot mo na yan, sayo naman dapat yan eh." Sinuot ko yung singsing . at bagay na bagay sakin. Yes bagay na bagay sakin, kaya magbasa na lang kayo dyan.

" Bagay na bagay sayo!" I saw her smiling but i know it's just a fake. Ano bang tinatago mo Sam, tama ba ako ng iniisip? Di kaya naiinlove kana kay Gio ko.

" Sam, okay lang ba sayo. I mean baka magulat sayo si Gio pag di mo suot to"

" Huh, oo naman okay lang. Malalaman nya na rin naman eh."

Samantha, you can't hide something from me. Kahit na matagal tayong di nagkasama, kilala ko pa rin yung mga kilos na yan.
