Arielle's PoV
Waking up in Noah's arms was new. It felt so right, like our bodies fitted together like puzzle pieces.
I turned around in them, looking up at the sleeping boy. He looked cute. His eyes were closed, lips parted slightly and light breaths escaping them. I smiled. This was a moment that wouldn't happen often due to our circumstances. I'm surprised no ones came in and seen this and if they have, they hadn't said anything. It was then when I realised that I was still naked, all my clothes scattered along with floor with Noah's top. I quickly got up, gathering my knickers and top, throwing them over my naked body. I'll have to shower in a bit. I then grabbed my phone, sliding back in beside Noah and checking the time. 8:46. Should I wake him up soon? I mean, he has to work at 10. I'll give him until 9.
As I was scrolling through Facebook, I heard Noah stir beside me, his arms suddenly wrapping around my body again.
"Morning." I giggled. He hummed in response, nuzzling his head into my neck. As I was just about to hug him back, the sound of my dad talking was heard.
"I think I heard Arielle. I'm going to see if she's up." His voice was muffled but it was clear that he was on his way to my room.
"Noah. Get up." I shook him frantically.
"Mmm." He groaned.
"My dads going to walk in any second." I whispered harshly. There was then a knock on my door.
"Two seconds." I shouted, hurriedly getting out of bed and rushing to my door. I opened it up a little, poking my head round to see my dad.
"Hi." I smiled.
"Morning." He seemed a little confused but didn't say anything.
As I was standing there, I heard a sneeze come from my bed. Dad frowned so I had to quickly cough.
"Sorry, I think I'm coming down with something." I lied, covering up for Noah.
"Ok..." He said, not believing any word I just said.
"We're just about to head off for work. We shouldn't be home too late tonight." Dad said, attempting to peek is head around my door but I closed it a little more.
"Ok." I nodded my head. My breathing was fast and he definitely knew something was up.
"Is Everything ok? You're acting weird." He asked.
"Yeah, no. I'm fine. Everything is one hundred percent fine. I've never been better." I blurted out.
"Sure..." he trailed.
"Well, I'll see you later. Have a good day." He furrowed his eyebrows, turning on his heel and walking away.
"Yeah, you too." I replied, shutting my door and pressing my back up against it, looking at Noah who was laying on my bed with wide eyes.
"That was close." Noah breathed out.
"I think he had his suspicions." I gulped as I heard the front door close.I ran over to my window, peeking through the blind and seeing both Kelly and my dad driving away.
Phew.———
"That hickey hasn't got any better." Jason said as he sat down beside me on his sofa. I had come to his for a change and it was nice.
"Yeah, well..." I started, thinking of an excuse.
"It's not a hickey." I shook my head.
"That's not what you were implying yesterday." He chuckled, shoving a chicken nugget into his mouth. Did you know that McDonald's delivered now? It was life changing, let me tell ya.
I rolled my eyes at him. He's never going to let this slide.
"Fine. It was some guy I met at my dads work meeting thing." I lied.
"The night you got rat assed?" He asked and I nodded. He knew about my drunken state that night.
"What's his name?" Jason asked.
"Isaac." Technically, that wasn't a lie. Isaac really was the boy at my dads meeting.
"Will I ever get to meet this Issac?" He questioned.
"Will I ever get to meet this Brandon?" I threw the question back at him.
"One day." He grinned.
"Have you thought of how you're going to tell him?" I asked my best friend, thinking back to our conversation yesterday.
"Nope but that's why you're here." He smirked, reaching forward and grabbing his laptop from the coffee table.I watched as he unlocked his laptop, searching up google before looking at me.
"Give me a romantic location." He said.
"Paris." I smiled.
"Im not flying all the way out to Paris." He laughed, shaking his head.
"Somewhere local perhaps." He quirked an eyebrow.
"Why don't you take him out for dinner and tell him?" I asked, stealing a chicken nugget and scoffing it down.
"Because we do that once a week anyway. I want it to be special." He frowned.
"There's a carnival tonight at the pier. I think Noah and I were going to go-" I started but he cut me off.
"You and Noah were going to go... together?" He raised his eyebrows.
"I wasn't going to go." I lied.
"If you come along, I will." I nodded my head.
"We can pick you and Brandon up later." I suggested.
"You'd do that?" He asked.
"Of course. I'd want to meet him." I giggled.
"But why is a carnival romantic?" He asked.
"Because it's everyone's dream to be told by someone that they love them on top of a Ferris wheel. Trust me." I licked my lips, grabbing my drink and taking a sip.
"I think there might even be fireworks." I shrugged my shoulders. I had googled the carnival before Noah went to work earlier and we're both pretty excited about it. I doubt he's going to be very happy when I tell him that Jason and his boyfriend are coming along as well...
"Now you've sold it to me." He chuckled.
"Good." I grinned.Tonight should be fun. Noah and I will just have to try and keep our hands off of each other, no matter how hard that may be.
