hellow guys! I know it's late... but I've been rewritting this chapter like four times today. lol. for some reason I skiped an entire scene that was pretty important, so I had to delete and rewrite. I hope you like it... don't forget to like and/ or coment below. *wink*

Lydia POV: The world was grey.... The trees leafless, the sky only filled with clouds of grey.

The ground, was the worst; the grass was scorched from a recent fire, bubbles of thick black rock popped with a low hiss following. There were no buildings now; they were torn down days ago from the open flame. Not just any flame though.... It was hers. Bleep. And it wasn't just any buildings.... Bleep, bleep it was New York's tall, majestic apartments, shops, houses, company buildings 'du, du dun dun.....' along with the New York Institute. BLEEP.

I wake up with a start, my whole self soaked with sweat. The dream felt like a dream again. But it felt no where near better than the dreams with Jade. Sitting up, I turn over to check that I have five messages from Matthew, and a missed call. Plopping back on the pillow, I scroll up to find the first message.

Matt: Hey Lydia... it's been a long time... you said wednesday last week we would meet at Taki's, but you never contacted me to ensure, or confirm it was happening or not... but I was doing something anyway so it's all good ;)

I close my eyes, feeling guilty. I totally forgot about our date wednesday. Then again, he could have asked me and contact me too. I shouldn't have to do everything.

Matt: how are you?

Matt: I heard about Jade... I feel terrible.... I know how close you guys were

Were? How close we were?! Right then, I felt like I could walk all the way to his god forbidden house, and beat the hell out of him. We are close. Jade isn't dead... she is very much alive. Anger filling me, I force myself to scroll down again.

Matt: Hello? If you want to, so your not alone, you can come over to our special place at any time.... I'll be there.

Matt: Lydia.... Are you ok? Call me back. Love you babe. Hope to see you soon.

Letting out a deep breath, I get out of the bed, though not wanting to, and go to the closet.

All of Jade's cloths were ordered by shirts, long sleeves, coats, and on the far far end where all things are never used by her hardly ever.... Were the dresses.

I take a look in the jacket area, until I found her green sweater. And put it on.

It's all I wanted to wear.

I was already in jeans and a MCR t-shirt... but I needed shoes.

Since Jade had (strangely) bigger feet than me, I go back to my room quickly, and grab a pair of black converse (magnus turned my white converse black for me).

Then quickly leave, taking my stuff from Jade's room, and portal from there. To Central Park.

Where I find over 50 some people walking through the grass, and sidewalks that run through it. I never cared much for this place with it so loud and somehow lonely. Plus, it made me see the things I didn't have for so long; a mom and dad.

I take my original seat by the large apple tree, watching others do their thing as usual. Waiting. Waiting for who was supposed to be here, to come.

I found it irritating that he told me to come, saying he would already be here; at any time.

Any time. Not just at 9am as the messages were given, or 6 o'clock when we usually have our so called 'dates'. They really weren't dates though. They were more like... hangouts but a little different with the kissing and so on.
