The Next Generation (A TMI Story) COMPLETED- But May Be Revised

Face to Face

 Anna Banana- Hello... I am sorry for publishing so late.... I just been really bussy (as we all are) marching band takes up a lot of time. Plus, this is the first time in months I've had to write anything all out before publishing it (i've had that many chapters set before starting this).   Anyway,  I have some cool news that I can't stop thinking about.... In december, I am going to an event in Phoenix.... where I will meet Casandra Clare and have a signed copy of Queen of Air and Darkness !!  EEEEEP!  can't wait!  <(^-^)> 

I honestly feel like no one has much to say bout this story...  but, if you want to talk about anything else, you are absolutely welcome to .    Now, back to the story...  enjoy.  :) 

Lydia POV: After telling dad of what was going on at the infirmary, he tells me to go around to find the boys; Which I figured were Jake and Darek.

I just wanted to follow him back to Jade at that moment, but I left the opposite direction just has he said for me to.... Downstairs into the training room where I could very clearly hear the two in a heated argument.

"Jake! What in the universe of all the universes that exist- are you doing?!" I hear Derek call out; I keep my laugh hidden for the way he said all that was so like him.... He was terrible at yelling and being angry- he always sounded as though he was telling a joke.

As Derek was calling out for Jake to stop, I could now hear the sound of running feet and large objects hitting the ground with loud 'thunks' as if Jake was pulling trees out of roots and tossing them every which way.

With impatience and curiosity, I storm in; THe first thing I see brings me to a sudden hult; A strong wind was moving my hair back, keeping me from moving forward, as the sight of a fast moving black head ran in circles around the room, debris flying everywhere, and a few objects disappearing by (though I can't see clearly, I assume) Jake.

"JAKE! If you don't stop now, I will tell dad what you've been doing after they left...."

All of a sudden, the wind stops. By the arrows, Jake rolls over on his back, hitting the wall heavily, as if being thrown back by a human force.

"Haha! That was awesome!" He calls out in clear pleasure.

Derek, turns over his head to me, as if sensing someone was there- and gives me a wave of his hand.

"Hey Lydia.... "

"Hi Derek- so, I see you guys have been having fun."

Jake gets up, his legs shaking under him. For a second, he starts falling, his left leg bending back, but comes back just as quickly, using the wall to support him.

"Yup," Jake says, and in mid sentence to this, Derek Shakes his head with a long "Nooo," waving his hands in front of him, eyebrows raised. Jake glares at his older brother, who was not looking in his direction, and starts sticking his tongue out towards him, his nose and eyes squished together.

I give a small, short laugh, as I walk to them. I let my smile falter, and form into a more serious look to get their attention on the right path.

"Come on- we need to go to the infirmary." I say, Going right to the point.

"why? What's going on?" Jake says with confusion very clear on his young, eleven year old face.

Derek just gives me a nod of knowing; there is only ever one person in that training room... and I'm sure that just like me, he can sense things like this when it comes to Jade.

I turn to Jake, my hand out to him.

"Jade is in there, and we have to go."

As soon as I say 'Jade', Jake runs up to me., taking me hand.
