Cole

To find out Wade has two more kids was a kind of shocking. Let me rephrase that it was majorly surprising, but also a blessing. As much as I wanted a baby again, I'm glad we are getting kids who Wade fathered.

Looking at them reminded me of him in so many ways. I couldn't imagine not having kids that he had created. Now it's time to talk to Cade.

Adrian said he had to get all the paperwork straightened out and get Wade's name on the birth certificate as proof he fathers Blake and Brooklyn. That also meant a DNA test. We also had one done on Cade to have evidence. Nowadays you can't trust anyone when they tell you something.

When we got home, we had a sit down with Cade. He sat on the couch while we sat on the coffee table.

"You will not have the sex talk with me again? Because once was one too many times," he said to us.

"What? No," Wade told him.

"Okay, I'll save you the hassle. Yes, Andi and I are together officially. No, we haven't had sex yet. No, you can't bake me a cake," he told us.

"Well, you're no fun," I sighed.

"Will you two focus? First, that's great about Andi and you, and we support you but no grand-babies yet," Wade said.

"What?" I exclaimed.

He looked at me as he rolled his eyes. I shrugged.

"Second, we're done with cake for a while."

"That means now we will have brownies," I chimed in. Again Wade gave me a look. I shrugged.

"Third, we're expanding our family," he told Cade.

"Did you finally cave?"

"Excuse me; I did not see a cave." Wade rolled his eyes.

"Well, I'm getting a sibling, which meant you caved," Cade said emphatically.

"You're getting two," I grinned.

He looked at me. "Say what?"

"It seems your dad decided he needed extra money, so he donated his love juices to a place, and it turns out a woman had two kids. A boy and girl," I smiled cheekily.

"Okay, first, yuck on the love juice. Second, how many kids do you have running around loose," he asked Wade.

"That's a good point. Anymore," I asked Wade.

"God, I hope not. I wasn't even expecting the three I got, but surprise, here we are," he sighed.

"Well, kids are a blessing," I reminded him.

"Yeah, they're a blessing, all right. Let's see, the first one," Wade pointed at Cade, "women terrifies him and is a commitment-phobe. It took a girl tackling him. The second one doesn't smile and barely talks, which reminds me of Cole when we were younger. And the youngest one looks innocent but is probably hell on wheels," he said as I snickered.

"So, when do I get to meet my siblings who I know will make my life hell," Cade asked us.

"Soon, Adrian has to straighten out the paperwork and be nice," Wade advised him.

"Yeah, sure, I got a younger brother and sister. I'm almost out of high school, and you two aren't getting any younger. I can see it now, at their high school graduation, people will say, wow, you have lovely grandparents," he grinned.

Wade frowned at him, and I laughed.

"Cute," Wade said with an eye roll.

"I thought so," Cade smirked.

I had to laugh. It'll be interesting to have two more kids in the house, but I couldn't wait.

Wade

I know it seems like I'm not excited about this new arrangement, but I am. I never thought about having a big family or kids. Cole didn't seem like the type to be fatherly when we were first together.

When Cade came into our lives, and I saw him light up, that's when I knew he wanted kids. His wanting my kids, knowing they resulted from a different way, made me love him even more.

While Adrian was taking care of the paperwork, Cole, Tony, and I took care of getting two of the extra rooms we had ready.

"Morris, only you would end up with kids the unconventional way," Tony chuckled as he carried items out.

"It's not like I was thinking straight. Nursing a broken heart does that," I told Tony emphatically.

"Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, I broke your heart. Trust me, I got to hear how much of an idiot I was by my sister," Cole said as he carried some stuff to the attic.

"It'll be fine. We will have a son that doesn't talk and a daughter that will one day become a woman and have to deal with crazy mood swings. Sort of like Cole and Rain," I said as Tony laughed.

Cole stuck his head through the opening, "I wouldn't be laughing considering Enzo hasn't lost his cherry yet, and if he's anything like Rain, you might be a grandpa pretty soon," Cole retorted.

Tony promptly quit laughing.

"Not so funny, now is it," I asked him as I handed a box of items to Cole.

"How's Cade taking this," he asked us.

"Oh, you know, the only way Cade does with humor," I said to him.

"He jokes about us being old," Cole said as I handed him another box. "Wade, how many My Little Ponies do you have?"

"Not that many," I shrugged.

"I swear, ponies are overrunning us," Cole mumbled.

"Well, Betty Crocker, it's the same with you and cake," I shot back.

"Hey cake is life," he said from the attic.

"Yeah, so is a big butt when you constantly eat it," I yelled to him.

"You love my ass, so shut the hell up!"

"No offense, but I don't want to hear about either of your asses," Tony sighed.

Cole descended the ladder and pushed it back up into place.

"I'll have you know I have a delicious ass," Cole said emphatically.

"Yeah, I'm just going to go," Tony said as he left. His phone beeped, and he sighed.

"What?" I asked.

"Something stressed, Rain. You may not see me for a few days," he said as he left.

I laughed as Cole grabbed my hand and dragged me into the bedroom. "What the hell, Cole?"

"We might have fun before we get little ones in the house," he said as things got crazy between us. I should have told people that every time he thought about me with a child, it became a huge turn on for him.

It happens when women are pregnant, and the guy finds them sexy as hell.

I'm not complaining one bit. Have you seen my husband? Growl.
