"Angelo," Adele shouted as she walked around the house trying to find her six year old who was playing hide and seek with her.
"Boo!" He shouted as he pulled the curtain open causing them to erupt into fits of laughter.
"Are you're so good at this game you know," she said as she rest her hands on her hips.
"I know, but your bad at this game muma, daddy is good at hiding," he laughed.
"I know that, do you want a sandwich peanut?" she asked.
"I'm not a peanut mummy," he laughed.
"You're my little peanut," she laughed.
"But I do want a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, I don't want the crust on my sandwich," he said as he pulled out a chair.
"We ran out of peanut butter, and you're the only peanut left in this house," Adele said to him as he looked at her confused before he laughed and ran from her as she ran after him.
"C'mon peanut," she laughed.
"I'm not a real peanut! I'm a boy muma," he laughed as she sweeped him off the ground before he began yelling and Simon walked into through the door.
"Daddy!" He shouted squirming out of Adele's grip to run up to Simon as he bent down to his level and hugged him.
"Hey peanut," he said as he ruffled his ginger hair.
"Mummy was trying to make me into peanut butter because she doesn't have any!" He said to him.
"Did she really? I'm going to go tell her your a boy not a peanut!" he said as she letting Angelo off the ground.
"Muma!" Simon called out.
"Yes?" she smiled as she saw both Simon and Angelo standing there.
"Angelo is not a real peanut," Simon said to her as she smiled.
"Oh really, I thought he was," she said as she grabbed him from Simon arms and put him down to hand him his sandwich.
After he finished she took him out to tire himself out playing on his play ground before heading inside when the sky turned dark.
She bathed him before putting him in pajamas and going into the living room and putting finding Nemo on the tv. He ended up falling asleep before she carried him to his bedroom and she headed to hers.
"How was work?" she asked.
"It was good, how was your day?" he asked.
"Amazing, like always," she laughed.
"I can't believe he's already six, it only seems like days ago that you were in hospital giving birth," Simon said.
"I miss being pregnant but I love him being here with us, being able to do things on his own, it's amazing, we really made that Simon," she said.
"I can always get you pregnant again, you know," Simon laughed.
"Now is not the time, Angelo is my number one priority at the moment not getting pregnant or anything, I love him more than anything," she said as she smiled at Simon.
"I love you," Simon said.
"I love you more," she laughed before she pressed her lips against his.
