Megan's P.O.V
Thursday
I wake up and run to my closet. I change into white skinny jeans, a purple t-shirt, and my black converse. I grab my phone and run to the bathroom. I straighten my hair, apply mascara and lip gloss, then run downstairs. I grab my pack back and run outside, I hop into Mia's car.
"I'm sorry. You know me, I love sleep." I explain.
"Actually your on time. Look, there's Matt." She points at Matt hoping into his car, I sigh and then smirk.
"Let's race him there." I say and she starts the car.
We pull into the school parking lot 2 seconds before Matt. He knew about half-way here what we were doing. I hop out of yhe car and laugh in his face.
"We beat you!!" I yell in his face.
"Whatever, you guys had a head start." He complains.
"Looks like someone's a sore loser." We laugh. "Come on, my friends are dying to meet you." I drag him towards the group and everyone stops talking.
"Hey, Megan. Who's this?" Luke asks.
"This is Matt. He's new and me and Mia's new neighbor. Plus, he saved me from Ross yesterday."
"That asshole again." Hunter shakes his head. "Well, Matt welcome to the group. If Megan trust you, we all do. I'm Hunter, this is my girlfriend Renee. " Hunter and Matt fist bump. Renee and him wave and say hi.
"I'm Luke, I guess you already know Mia she's my girlfriend." Matt nods.
"I'm Nate and Sara's my girlfriend. Towards the end of the day she will be asking who you like because she loves to play match maker." Nate says and Sara smacks the back of his head. We laugh.
"I'm Cristian and Lindsey's my girlfriend." Cristian says and they high-five.
The bell rings and we all run inside. Someone grabs my wrist and pulls me back.
"I thought I told you I didn't trust him." Nick says and I roll my eyes.
"Are you fucking kidding me! Nick, no one cares what you think anymore! Well, maybe Izzy." I say and walk to my locker. I put my back pack away and walk into social studies. I tell Sara what he said and she gets as pissed as I am.
"What's up with him lately,like seriously." She says.
"I know right, unbelievable. So, have you intarrigated Matt yet." I laugh and she smacks my arm.
"No, but I will. Soon I'll know if he likes you."
"What if I don't like him?"
"Of course you like him, you showed him to the group. Are you going to tell him?" I furrow my eyebrows at her.
"Tell him what?"
"Zach, Nick, your past."
"I've barely known him a day, should I?"
"Well, you are going to court tomorrow. I think you should."
"Okay. I'll do it at free period out on the football field, tell the others." She nods and we tune in back to class.
