Back To The Old Days

                 Megan's P.O.V

 

        "Megan, wake up!" Mia yells.

       "But you know I love sleep!" I whine.

       "If you sleep any longer you'll fall into a coma." I sit up instantly.

      "That is not funny."

      "It got you up, didn't it. Be downstairs in 20 minutes or I'm gonna leave without you." She says and leaves.

     I get up and walk into my closet. I put on black skinny jeans, a baby blue t-shirt, and a grey sweatshirt with SWAG on it in purple letters. I pull on my black converse and walk into the bathroom. I straighten my hair, then apply mascara and lip gloss. I run downstairs, grab my back pack, run outside, and hop into Mia's red convertible.

      My ex-foster parents took my car away, because they bought it for me. I go into a coma they ditch me and take my car away, like what the hell.

     We pull into the school parking lot and get out. We walk over to our friends, they look behind me and there eyes widen.

     "What? What is it?" I ask and turn around. I see Nick give Ross one of those man hugs, then he high fives some other guys. Izzy comes over and he kisses her forehead, they hold hands as they walk past us and into school. I feel a tear slip down my face.

      "Megan, are you okay?" Hunter asks. I wipe my tears, and smile.

      "I'm fine, thanks for asking." I say.

      "I can punch him, again if you want."

      "I'm fine, really. We all know I've been through worse." They all nod and we walk into school. Me and Sara walk to our lockers and then to social studies. The bell rings and class starts. Today is going to be a long day.

     Sara and I walk into gym and get into line with everyone else.

     "Today, we're going to play some football. Girls you don't have to, but guys its mandatory." All the girls sit down, except me and Sara of course. "Nick and Luke are captains, Nick pick first." Nick and Luke walk in front of everyone and start.

       "Ross." Nick says.

       "Nate." Luke says.

       "Greg." Nick says.

       "Hunter." Luke says.

       "Megan." Nick says and I walk over.

       "Sara." Luke says.

       "Alex." Nick says.

       "Matt." Luke says.

     The game starts and of course no one cares about me and Sara. Don't they remember last time.

     We have the ball, its the last play, but were winning so it doesn't matter if we make it or not. I just stand by the touchdown line and wait. I see the ball come towards, I jump up and catch it. I step over the line and turn around. Luke's team groan and Nick walks over to me.

      "Nice catch, new girl." He smirks. I throw the ball at his chest.

      "Oh, shut up." I say and walk into the locker room. Me and Sara change, then catch up with Nate, Hunter, and Luke. I tell them what Nick said and they look pissed.

    "Asshole." Hunter mutters.

    "Yeah, what a dick." Luke says.

   "Why did you ever date him?" Nate says, I laugh.
