The door unlocked as L walked in before hearing lots and lots and lots of meowing
"Y/n?...shit there's cat food everywhere" he said walking towards the noise
"No no no no no jam jam come back" you said sliding on the floor
"Oh hi L" you said
"Hi what's that doing in here and what's the other noises coming from the room?" He asked waking to the bedroom
"Wait no L wait-"
Before you could stop him he opened the door only for 35 kittens running out
"What. The. Actual. Hell" he said watching all the kittens running out
"Yeah um I adopted all of them..." You said picking some of them up
"Why?"
"Because one You said I could get a cat-"
"Yes I did I said a cat not 50"he said
"It's 35 but my friend told me they had new kittens at the animal shelter so when I got there I got...attached" you said petting the kittens
"Look. I love you y/n I love you I really do but we cannot keep 35 kittens okay" he said sitting next to you
"Yeah I guess..." you said
"Now you can keep 3 okay no more the rest you can give to your friends or family okay?"
"Okay..."
"Alright no- Gah! what are they doing" he said as multiple kittens started to climb L and lean against him
"They like you and want you to pet them" you giggles picking one up and handing one of them to him before he carefully takes the kitten
"He is pretty cute.."he said
"Keep all of them?"
"Fine but only for them to be ready to give away again and they better not eat my cake" he said
"Yay Thank you! I love you so much!" You said hugging him and showering him with kisses
