I waited all day for L and Kimi to get back and when they did it was at 11:50pm and they both walked in laughing

I looked over annoyed

"Oh! (Y/n)!"Kimi shouted and ran over and hugged me "I'm so sorry we are late we were having a looooot of fun" she giggled "anyways I'm going to shower" she smiled and winked at L

Oh hell no.

I was already pissed enough that he didn't let me know and the fact he spent a whole day messing around with her and it's not like L can't have fun but why didn't he didn't let me know and left me all alone and NOT TO MENTION HE DIDNT ANSWER ANY OF MY CALLS

Once Kimi walked out of the room to shower L ruffled up his hair and sat down and didn't say anything

"So what did you and Kimi do?" I asked looking at him

"Nothing much" he mumbled as he grabbed a lollipop and unwrapped it

"then....why didn't you answer my calls?" I looked at him

"My phone was on silent" he replied looking through the files

"Why?"

"I dunno it just was- look are you upset?" He looked at him

"No I'm not i just wished you would answer my calls when I called you and told me where you were going so I could know you were fine-"

"Why do you care so much about where I'm at or who I'm with?" He cut me off

"Why? Because I'm your girlfriend. I'm supposed to care and worry" I said pissed off

"Well I never asked you to care or worry about me." He said harshly

I didn't say anything I just stood up and grabbed my papers and walked to my room.

I closed the door and heard Kimi walk out as she started talking only to piss me off

I dropped the files on the floor and sat down

"I'm his girlfriend I'm supposed to care" I mumbled as I held my knees close to my chest

•Time Skip•

I woke up after passing out on the floor and decided to open the door but only to find something that ripped my heart out

Kimi on L's lap and just both of them kissing passionately

What. The. Fuck.

I felt tears weld up in my eyes as L opened his eyes and saw me

"(Y/n)..." he saw me standing there

I didn't say anything I didn't bother and just slipped on my shoes as I ran out of there

"She only needed 2 days to steal my boyfriend and she succeeded" I mumbled running out of the hotel

I kept on walking not caring where I was going

Who even cares... L was the only person I had in my life and clearly I'm useless to him, so what if something happens to me...he has Kimi now

I kept on walking not seeing where I was going but all that I know what happened was I just saw a car and a loud honk before seeing black.

•Three weeks later•

I opened my eyes as I saw a blank ceiling

I looked around and saw tubes connected to my arms and I was in a hospital bed

I looked to my right and saw L sitting there holding my hand and I could feel the tears in my palms

"The hell are you here for." I said bitterly and attempted to pull my hand away but it was too weak

"(Y/n).."

"Don't you have Kimi why don't you go fuck with her." I rolled my eyes before feeling tears fall "you know if you didn't like me anymore and just got bored of me you could have told me" I said while my throat tightening

"(Y/n) i can explain-"

"Explain what L! That you just decided you would leave with Kimi for almost a whole day and not care about work at all! Even though all of our fights have just been about you not wanting to do anything but work because that's most important but now with fucking Kimi you don't give a shit! What more do you have to explain! I'm-"

"(Y/n) let me explain."

"No. I'm sick and tired of these lies! I don't care if you like Kimi I don't give a fuck about what or who you do just-"

"(Y/n). Please."

I stayed silent

"Kimi is the murder." He said monotone.

"What?"

"I found out someone had tried to find me before we left Japan and Kimi was alway a little off when she was young and Kimi always drew heart exactly how the hearts were drew on the victims and Kimi had to go to many meeting around 8 but i needed more evidence so when we hung out at the mall you noticed on how no one was killed on the ninth day that someone was supposed to die, neither was the next day which I purposely kept her out late and again no one died. And that kiss. I just needed a confession, she said that she was in love with me and was willing to do anything for my attention and love and then I turned on a record device once she sat on my lap- which hurt like hell- she admitted to the crime before kissing me which was when you walked which wasn't planned" he explained

"But why didn't you tell me any of this?" I asked

"Because there was a chance of Kimi overhearing and I needed to seem distant and I know how you are you aren't the possessive type or one to really talk about things that bug you and hate I used that but if you acted like you were fine with this all then Kimi wouldn't feel threatened by you and I didn't want her do to anything." He said "I honestly didn't mean for all this to happen I'm so sorry my love but now Kimi is locked up, I'm just so sorry you're in this hospital now" he held my hand tightly

"It hurt seeing you like that with Kimi" I cried softly

He pulled me into a gentle hug with my head resting on his chest

"I'm so sorry my love I really didn't mean for this happen" he held me close

"I-its okay i- i forgive you" I said "and I'm sorry for saying those things" I sighed

"No it's okay I know how you get how you felt, I'm just sorry and I promise I'll never, ever hurt you like this ever again" he held me

I nodded as held him back

Kimi' POV

I sat in my jail cell as I started at the wall across me from me

"(Y/n) (L/n), you god damn bitch I'll get you.
No one takes anything from me and gets away with it. Don't worry I'll make it awful and painful when I get you. Just wait, I'll be there and when I am. Your going to regret everything. I'll see you in 7 days. 2 hours. 40 minutes. 59 seconds. Clock is ticking. Just wait for me and everything is over. I giggled
