Chapter 39

Livy's POV

We get everything set up for the party and the boys arrive shortly after.

"Hey can I talk to you." I say to JackG

"Yeah." I pull him off to the side. "Can we drop everything, please?" I ask. "Yeah" he said looking hurt. He walks off. "Ja-" I get cut off.

"Olivia. I need to talk to you NOW." Madison says dragging me upstairs into hers and Nash's room.

"What?" i say.

"I've got a problem and idk what to do."

"Okay what is it." i ask. "Well, I like Matt, and we kinda kissed." she says. "What?!?" I say. "I like Matt, and we kissed." she says. "Well you can't just break up with Nash, you'll hurt him."

"You don't have to break up with me. It's already pretty clear." someone says. I turn around and see Nash. Madison is sitting with her mouth open and Nash walks out the room and into mine and Hayes room slamming the door.

Madison gets up and runs after him trying to open the door but he locked it. "Nash." she pleads.

"Go.Away." he says. "I'll talk to him. Go talk to Maddie.." I say and she nods walking downstairs.

"Nash.." I say. "What" he says. "Let me in. Madison's not here." I say.

"You promise?" he says closer to the door. "Yeah.. besides this is my room. Id have to get in there one day" I laugh a little.

He opens the door and as soon as I step in he closes and locks it again.

"Are you okay?" I asked looking at him, his cheeks were tear stained and there were some new ones about to roll down.

"Not really." he says and I hug him and he hugs back. "it's alright." I whisper in his ear. "She told me she loved me." he cries.

"I'm sure she does." I say rubbing his back. "If she did, she wouldn't have been falling for my bestfriend, and then kiss him"

I sit and think about what I did. With Jack, when I was with Hayes. Hayes deserves someone better than me.

"Yeah.." I whisper and pull back from the hug. "Bro?" I hear Hayes say. "Want me to let him in?" I ask. He shrugs. "That's not telling me nothing." I say. "Why not." He says and I go to the door opening it a little, sticking my head out.

"You the only one here?" I ask. "Yeah, babe." he laughs. "ok." I say letting him in. "I'm gonna let you guys talk, ill be downstairs..." I say closing the door and walking downstairs. I see Matt and Madison talking.

"I hope I'm not interrupting anything." I say walking over to them. "You're not we was just talking." Matt smiles. "So what are you guys gonna do?" I ask

"Were gonna date but I hope Nash isn't mad at anyone." Matt says. "Oh." Is all I say. "I don't know how to reply to that because it could be taken the wrong way but I'm happy for you Guys but Nash is still hurt." I say.

"Hopefully we can cheer him up." I half smile. "I can't help who I like." She shrugs. "But I didn't wanna hurt him.." she says looking down.

"Well Imma go back upstairs and talk to him."I say. They nod and I walk back upstairs knocking on the door. Hayes opens it. "Hi." I say walking in. "Is he asleep?" I ask. "No he's just thinking."

"This is hands down the worst party ever." he says and I nod agreeing.
