Diane's pov

No wonder I could still feel a pain in the back of my head. I don't really believe I caused a big scene like that. What  if I was walking and some creep knocked me out, was going to kidnap me but then some else caught them right before the moment, picked me up, went to a store and said I had some panic attack? .....There goes my mind wandering my off again.

I seriously wanted to leave this place. I hate hospitals, being hooked up and everything, especially hospital gowns. It doesn't help keep the cold out at all. It would've been more awkward if I was in one and Travis was right beside me. I looked over at him, and saw him  playing with his hands.

"..." it was hard to strike up a conversation after what just happened, and what he told me, not to mention my bad social skills.

"...Have you been crying?" I look at Travis

 "No" he says immediately.

"Stop lying, you have! Your face is red too." I say back.

"Never did, I was just worried." he says softly.

I bit my tongue from saying anything smart, "You can be so confusing sometimes. I guess that's what happens when you open up a book and read it....  instead of just looking at the cover huh?"  I trail off.

The door knocked, then opened."Heyyyyy!" Everyone was talking. The first one, my grandmother ran straight to me as my grandfather followed, I'm telling' ya, I still think old people have secret superpowers, they just use 'em in emergencies.

I was tightly embraced by my grandmother, "Don't scare me like that again! I went over 100  for you baby girl!" Don't tell me she was speeding again. Yes, she definitely was.

I felt like I was gonna actually die by how tight she was hugging me, she must've noticed, as she let go quickly. Grandpa gave me a gentle hug, afraid to break me. " Girl, you have some amazing friends, you just don't know it" gramma smiles.

I look over at them, Louis flashing a signature smile. "They told us everything! Especially about that argument. We was told you and Travis were talking.....you two good right?" she points at both of us, raising an eyebrow. "We're friends now" I smile slightly, "Hopefully it'll be more than that" Louis blurts out, " Louis shut up!" Mel smiles, most likely secretly agreeing with him. Grandpa whispers in my ear, "Nothing happened right?"

"What? No!"

"John, leave her alone, she know she smarter than that. Better be." Grammas voice lowers, giving me a slightly threatening glare.

"So how ya feeling?" Dominic asks,

"My head just hurts a little that's all. I have a bruise nothing much" I explain quietly. "*ahem* So, I'm having a sleep over at my house with these weird people-" "Hey!"  Louis pretends to be offended.

"So is it safe to have pipsqueak with us?" I noticed a girl that was definitely taller than I. She was slightly a bit taller than Melanie,  she looks a bit like Travis, just darker hair, dark brown eyes and tanned skin like him.

This must be his sister, they're both gorgeous. I thought I saw her somewhere. Louis was giving himself an eyeful, "I say yes, John what about you?" "......" grandpa thought about it. Gramma had a point, I did need to be out more. "Fine. After I what I seen, I'll give you my trust, just make sure she's not alone." "Thank you so much grandpa" I smile. My most definite answer was he was going to say no.
