Travis pov

"What the? Travis what in the world?" Val laughs, waiting on me as I walked down the stairs "That looks like something Diane would wear" she snickers.

"Well that's the point, Diane and I are dressing up like each other today" I say, zipping up my black hoodie. "Are you really taking this whole bet thing serious? I couldn't make you wear your hair down for 3 minutes, let alone during Christmas in Mexico and here you are wearing it for like a month?!"

"Val" I huff, "No, I'm not joking around this time. I know the reason why you don't like wearing it like that, but it's been a bit since I seen you this happy since mom died. I'm not talking about that Prescott ex of yours either." I look at her, "So, are you two doing that-that, whatever you said last night to me about you and Diane?"  she asks me.

"Yeah" I blush, looking off to the side, thinking about a totally different idea.  "Oh. I don't see the point. I mean you both feel the same way about each other why don't you two just date each other for pete's sake?!"

".....Shut up" I almost stutter. She has no idea about the dating part of the bet.

"For real Travisssss. But I'm staying out of that, that's between you two. I just want you to be happy." she cups my cheek, with a genuine smile. I smile back, a tender moment between siblings just got ruined by the yank of my hair, "Ow! Why you had to do me like that?!"

"Vamos!" our father's voice echoed through the slightly empty mansion.

Travis' pov

"I'm tellin' ya, it's longer than my girlfriends hair. I never knew it was that long." a guy says to me.

"I'm really surprised at you. This is like my first time not seeing you all dressed in an outfit that cost more than my paycheck man" Greg says, getting a few laughs from the others and I, while I leaned against the window sill, my hands in the pockets of my hoodie. "First time for everything." I breathe out.

"Is that Diane?" someone asks aloud, making the others and I look or glance at the girl, "That's someone else" someone else says, "That is her dummy, look!" Greg says. I got a good look, as she walks toward me "Of course it's me haha" she says to the others. I never really seen her smile that much. But the outfit she had on made her look like a completely different person.

She had her hair down, and a black track suit, that had white lines going down the sides of the jacket and pants, a white shirt was exposed under her unzipped jacket and black and white Jordans to match, she even has on a gold chain. Somehow the whole suit was actually fitting her, all in the right places. Ugh get it together Travis!
