Feelings of the Past...

I woke to a sound in the room and I snapped my hand out to the person in the room, you see being the person that I was and having my son taken away from me made me a little paranoid when it came to people and my children. I heard a grunt and I opened my eyes to see that it was Damon who was pinned to the wall and he looked to me, "Ow, do you mind letting me go sis" he said to me and I looked to him, "what are you doing" I asked and he smiled, "my niece was starting to stir and I wanted to say hello. You look like you needed to sleep and I didn't want her to wake you was all" he said to me. I looked to him and smirked as I let him go from the wall, "don't do that again brother" I said to him and he looked to me, "Annie, what's going on" he said walking over to me and sitting on the bed, "what's got you jumpy" he asked me.

I looked to him and smiled trying to hide the pain that was in my eyes and my heart, "nothing" I lied and he sighed as he looked to me, "so this has nothing to do with the feeling that someone is taking your twins from you because of what happened to Mattie" he asked me and I looked to him, "which was your fault Damon, you lied to me about that" I said to him and he sighed as he looked to me, "and I regret that action Annie because I can see the pain that it caused you" he said to me and I smiled as I looked to him, "I'm fine" I said to him and he looked to me. "You might be Nik's wife and their daughter but you are my big sister and I know you better than anyone" he said to me and I laughed, "so what if I am, I have every right to be like it. Lillian is out there somewhere because of that bitch I have as a mother in law and what happened when she decides that she is going to take my children" I said to him.

Damon sighed as climbed on the bed properly and sat next to me and wrapping his arm around me, I sighed as I laid my head down on his shoulder. I felt as he kissed my head and smiled at me, "they will not get anywhere near them Annie, you have us all on your side not mentioning that Jo seems to be wanting to be friends with you as well which means that you will have another witch on your side for when the time does come" he said to me. I sighed as I looked to him thinking about the things that I would need to do to make sure that all three of my children were safe and smiled at my brother, "thanks day, you always know what to say to me" I said to him and he pushed himself down the bed and smiled, "come here sister" he said to me and I smiled as I cuddled into my brother trying to get some more sleep as the twins were fast asleep.

I heard the door open and Nik walked in and smiled at me, "you okay Beth, I heard what you said" he said to me and I nodded as I looked to him, "just Damon being the little brother I remember is all" I said to him and smiled, "what do you have there" I asked and Nik smiled as he walked over to me and passed me something in a bag, I looked down and noticed that it was a small photo which he got of the twins and Mattie when I was asleep. I could see that Nik had put the twins in his lap and made him smile at the camera which was making me smile, "love it is beautiful, I didn't think that he would have had his picture taken" I said to him and Damon smiled, "wow, he really does look like you doesn't he" he said and Nik rolled his eyes at my brother. I laughed and noticed that he was looking at me again, "so there are some people here that would love to see you and the twins" he said and I smiled, "I said that I would speak to you first" Nik explained to me.

I smiled as I sat up in the bed and looked down to see that I looked a mess which I was not happy about, I waved my hand over myself and smiled as I was changed into some jeans that were loose fitting and a top that wasn't completely fitted but still gave me some style, my hair had gone curly which I smiled at and I nodded at my husband letting him know that it was fine for them to come in. Nik laughed as he looked to me, "I don't think that they would have cared what you look like love" Nik said to me and I looked to him and growled, "shutting up" he said making me laugh with his hands in the air. Nik open the door and I watched as Rebekah, Kol, Finn, Elijah, Mum, Dad, Dean, Sam and Care who had Mattie in her arms all walked into the room and Jo smirked as she popped her head in, "not too long Beth, you need to rest" she said to me and I smiled, "thanks Jo" I said to her.
