Chapter 49: It Went Down Hill

"What did you just said?" Gray is starting to get confused and you also don't know what to do because it just slipped in your tongue.

You gulped and started sweating like crazy

"Uhh....hmmm......" you can't say a word in front of him. You are really nervous right now and you can't even look at him straight in the eyes.

"So does that mean you like me?" Gray asked you and you just closed your eyes nodding.

You heard him sighed and you slowly opened your eyes and saw Gray disappointed at you.

"I-I...." you are going to reason out but Gray stopped you and looked at you with an angry expression on his face.

"You know love would only bring trouble to us" Gray is pretty mad.

"B-but...." he didn't listen to you and still lecturing you.

"Is this going to end up like Juvia? *sigh* Stop being an idiot" That's when you started to get triggered to what he said.

This is the first time you got mad and especially to the person you liked. 

You are pretty angry right now and can't contained your feelings anymore, you just started shouting back at Gray.

"Being in love doesn't mean you're becoming an idiot!" you shouted at him.

People are starting to stare at you two but you don't care about them and still continued to talked back at Gray.

"I-I don't even know what to do when I realized I have feelings for you. I know it's already too late when I realized everything because you are my friend but I still kept this feeling inside me but I never even made you troubled at all" tears are starting to fall from your eyes.

"If I want to accuse anyone, it would be your fault" you can't contain yourself anymore and started crying.

"How would be this my fault?!" Gray is angry when he said those words.

"You're the one who always saves me, you're the one who always gives me unexpected things. How can I even stop myself if I always felt that I'm special to you"

You heard Gray, clicked his tongue and scratched his back with irritations.

"And you should know that what I did is a sense of responsibility, not like I wanted to do it!"

You are just dumbfounded to see Gray doing this to you. You thought he would accept your feelings even if you didn't hope for him to like you back. You know how cold he is but you didn't expect for this to turn out like this. You thought you already knew everything about him but guess it's nothing like that at all.

"I'm sorry if everything was ruined" you apologized to him and still crying.

"It's not like I'm expecting you to like me back" your voice cracked when you said this words.

"I just want you to accept my feelings that's all" 

Saying this make your heart squeezed and it hurts so much. 

You tried to give yourself a strength to look at him in the eyes and forced a smile. 

You did it in just a second and finally ran away from him while you left Gray dumbfounded.

You kept running like and cried like an idiot in the street not even knowing where you are right now.

Gray is an ice bastard who doesn't even want to understand your feelings. Even if you're angry at him because he's looking down at your feelings, you can't truly be mad at him because you really love him. You are fighting for your feelings, you just wanted to convey it, is it wrong to show your affections to the one you love?

You don't care about your surroundings anymore as long as you can ran away and just cry everything you are carrying right now.

A stone blocked your foot and you stumbled down, smacking the floor by your face.

"Ouch" your face hurts when you saw a hand in front of you trying to help you from standing up.

You put your hands to his and  thanked him.

"T-thank...." you didn't finish your sentence when you realized who is the person in front of you right now.

"Hime-sama" Cedric said while smiling at you creepily.

Because you are afraid of him, you started to panic and tried to get unclasped his hands to yours but he's too strong.

"L-Let me go" but he didn't listen and still smiling creepily.

"Hime-sama you looked hurt" when he saw your dried tears on your cheeks, he touched it and softly caressed your soft cheeks.

"It must be hurt huh, to be rejected by the one you loved" he said while wearing a worried expression.

You swiped his hands from your cheeks and looked at him with a threatening look.

"Don't you dare touch me and let me go" you're still trying to let go from his grasp.

"Don't worry hime-sama" He said and smiled with reassurance.

"You won't be hurt anymore after you came back to your real self" and when he said those words, you started to get sleepy and slowly lost consciousness.

"We just wanted to grant your wish hime-sama" Cedric said and carried you.

Because you are caught  by Cedric, it's already night time and Sera started to get worried about you not coming home.

"She didn't tell me about her getting late" Sera doesn't know what to do anymore.

He kept worrying and when he got tired, he just slept in the couch still worrying about you.

The next day, when Sera woke up and realized that you didn't went home last night, he was about to went to the Fairy Tail Guild to ask if you are there with them but Gray was in front of your shop.

"Is (y/n) in there?" As Gray said those words, Sera already knew what's happening already.

You went missing and no one was aware of it.

I'm really sorry for not updating that early. So this is the starting of the climax hahaha. I hoped you liked it and no hard feelings guys. I really don't want to end this story that easily so I wanted to made more conflicts in it and I hope it's not exaggerating the situation.

Merry Christmas everyone!! Have a good holidays and starting today, I'll write everyday and maybe 'MAYBE' tried to sleep late and write many chapters in 24th of dec.
