Kaitlyn's POV

I decided to read hayes's text even tho I don't feel like talking

Hayes❤️-hey kaitlyn, sorry about yesterday I had to go talk to one of my buddy's on the football team. It was really important because one of my team mates is injured and we have to make new plans, so I hope you understand 😁

How could I not understand, he's lucky I like him

Kaitlyn👫💗- it's ok I understand :) wanna hang today at my place?

Ugh. I threw my head back on my couch and thought

Do I really have feeling for hayes? Do I want a relationship? I took the K&H necklace and rubbed it between my fingers. Yes I want something to happen with hayes and I, I mean how bad could things get? He told me he would always be here for me

I sat up on my couch and noticed a picture of Sarah on my dresser, oh my gosh! She has her date soon!

I ran out of my room slipping on the hardwood floor in the hallway making me fall on my back. "OW!" "Kaitlyn sweetie you ok?" "Yea mom, just bring it down on the waxing up here.." I got up and rubbed my back and walked to Sarah's room

I peeked inside to find a sleeping Sarah, "SARAH!" She then fell off her bed landing on her face "KAITLTN WHAT DO YOU WANT!" "Girls stop screaming please! We have neighbors you know." "Sorry mom!" "Kaitlyn what do you want?!" I made a straight face till Sarah looked at the clock and realized what I was thinking. She quickly jumped to her feet and shoved me out of the way

"Your welcome for the wake up call." I said annoyed with my arms crossed "just shut up and get my dress out of closet with my heels." Sarah was running around her room getting things for when she gets out of the shower so she can get right to work on her makeup. "Sarah just get in the shower I'll take care of your things." I said smiling, she returned a smile and disappeared into the hallway.

I grabbed Sarah's makeup and placed it out for her to use, I laid her dress and heals on her bed, and lastly turned her curler on. By the time it was heated up Sarah was out of the shower and ready to start getting ready. "Thanks kaitlyn, now get out." Sarah shoved me out of her room and slammed the door.

She's a harsh one when it comes to love. I walked back to my room and saw I got a message

Hayes❤️- I'm coming over :)

I didn't respond I just smiled with butterflies in my stomach, I heard the doorbell ring then heard hayes and my mom talking. Things went silent until I heard footsteps coming up the stairs.

Those blue eyes appeared in my door frame and that smile lit me up. "Hey babe." Did he just call me babe? Woah that was pretty awesome! I went to hayes and hugged him, when I released hayes never took the smile of his face. "What was that for?" He asked, "I don't know I just love hugs." Hayes laughed then grabbed me and spun me around. "Well I love spinning pretty girls!" I blushed and he put me down.

"Kaitlyn come look!" I led hayes to Sarah's room and opened the door. Before me was Sarah, she was beautiful. she had a short strapless navy dress with a rose skirt and diamond belt. Her heels were covered in sparkles and her makeup was perfect. "Wow Sarah you look beautiful" hayes said smiling, "aw hayes thank you" Sarah said grabbing hayes's checks and pretending he's a baby

I laughed and hugged Sarah, "Nash better love this or I'm kicking his butt." I said laughing more "thanks kaitlyn, nash should be here any minute." Sarah said checking her phone.
