Renée's P. O. V.

I woke up from Squirt licking my face. I picked him up and slipped out of bed. I went to use the bathroom then brushed my teeth. I.put on my coat and some shoes before walking out of the hotel room with Squirt.

This time, I left a note next to Daniel's phone in case he woke up.

I went outside and let Squirt run around a little bit and use the bathroom. I watched the dark clouds and saw sprinkles of rain hit the pavement. It started picking up a little bit, so I called Squirt over to take him inside.

"Hey." I turned and saw Daniel.

"Hey, I left a note what's wrong?" I asked.

"Nothing. I just had this feeling when I woke up." He stood in front of my with his hands in his pockets.

"You sick?"

"No, not that kind of feeling. I just..." He sighed then looked at me. He grabbed my waist and pulled me up against him. He slowly, but at the same time quickly, put his lips on mine.

I was surprised at first, I didn't know what to do. Kiss him back you idiot! Oh right. I closed my eyes and put my arms around his neck, slowly moving my lips on his.

Raindrops started falling on us, but we didn't care. He ran his hands up and down my sides, slipping his tongue into my mouth. I let his tongue explore, while my fingers tangled in his damp hair.

We pulled away, and it instantly felt like the kiss was only a second long, even though I lasted for at least thirty seconds. We both took deep breathes trying to catch our breath.

"See how hard was that?" I turned and saw Zach standing next to us.

"What?"

Thursday | 9:34 a.m.

I felt myself waking up and internally groaned. Of course that was just a dream.

"Good morning," Daniel's voice said, making me jump.

"Shit, you scared me."

"Sorry." He chuckled. "What were you dreaming about?"

"Why?"

"You had a huge smile in your face."

"Oh." I blushed. "Nothing."

I sat up and stretched my arms.

"Where are we going today, Daniel?" I asked.

"Dodge City," he told me.

"Sounds fun."

"Yes, but first we're getting breakfast at Kate's Kitchen, because I heard their french toast was amazing." I couldn't help but glance at his lips every now and then. I wanted to kiss him so bad.

"Okay." I chuckled. I slowly got out of bed and went to my bag.

I couldn't stop thinking about my dream. But who could blame me? That kiss was amazing.
