Zach's P. O. V.

I woke up on the couch in the den. Paige was next to me, deep asleep. I smiled and softly kissed her forehead. Last night we watched a movie and made out through most of it, then we just passed out.

I heard Jae softly crying through the baby monitor and rubbed my eyes. I didn't wanna wake Paige, but luckily I was on the outside and could slip away without disrupting her.

I stood up and rubbed my eyes, walking towards Paige's room. I opened the door and went up to Jae's crib. I picked her up and held her in my arms, rocking back and forth.

I checked her diaper, then headed to the kitchen to make a bottle. I rocked her back and forth in my arms smiling at her and softly singing to her.

Once her bottle was ready I fed her, putting her back to sleep.

"Thank you." I turned around in the kitchen and saw Paige standing by the counter.

"You scared me," I said quietly.

"Sorry." She smiled.

"But don't worry about it. You're always waking up in the middle of the night for her so I figured I'd let you sleep. Plus she loves me." I softly chuckled, looking down at Jae In my arms. She was holding my thumb in one hand while drinking her bottle.

"I know she does." She smiled and walked up to me.

"She's almost asleep, go back to bed."

"Come sleep in my bed with me, I'm tired of that couch," she said.

"Okay." She kissed my cheek then walked to her room. Jae fell asleep as she finished her bottle. I cleaned everything up then headed back to Paige's room.

I kissed Jae's head and gently lay her down in her crib. I turned around and saw Paige watching me from her bed. I smiled and crawled under the blankets, welcoming her into my arms.

"You're amazing Zach," she told me.

"It's nothing really. You deserve a break."

"Thank you." She put her hand on my chest and kissed my lips. I melted into her, holding her close to me.

"Paige?" I asked, pulling away.

"Yeah?"

"Last time I felt that it was too soon, and it might still be too soon but I really really like you. And I'd like to ask you to be my girlfriend but I don't know if that's too fast or if you're ready for that or if you're not comfortable or something. And I don't want that I want you to be super comfortable and I want you to want it too-"

Paige cut me off by kissing me. Our lips moved slowly together, our tongues soon meeting. She rubbed her thumb across my cheek before pulling away.

"I'd love to be your girlfriend Zach." I instantly smiled and blushed, glad that it was dark so she couldn't see. "You're really cute when your nervous."

"You're cute all the time," I said quietly. She chuckled and kissed my lips again. "Damn, I can't believe you're my girlfriend."
