(Y/N) Your Name

You and your new brother still laid there on the floor of the cage, in a blanket, unharmed, waiting for your 'mother' to get back. But she never did. Then the door opened. You and your brother thought it was her, but it was Franklin. He just stared at you, motionless. A hint of regret on his face.

"Franklin?" You heard from down the hall. Then another man came from around the corner, Will Rodman. He then stood there looking at you and your brother. "It's impossible." He said. "How could a full term gestation go unnoticed?" He asked.

"They carry small." Franklin replied. "Must have been pregnant when they brought her in." Will nodded in understanding then got confused again.

"What about her?" He asked as he gestured to you. Franklin looked at you and sighed. "I don't know. I don't even know how she got in here but it clearly looks like she and the baby chimp are close." He said as he examined both of you hugging as he picked the both of you up.

"Who else knows about this?" Will asked Franklin.

"No one." Franklin replied. "I'd bring them home, but my brother-in-law works for security. He'd rat me out in a second." Franklin slowly gave Will you and the ape.

"What? You want me to take them home? I can't take care of a baby or a monkey-"

"It's not a monkey, it's an ape." Franklin said firmly. "And besides they'll be easy to take care of. The girl is just a normal baby."

"Yeah but with wings and other unknown abilities!" Will protested.

"Just give me two days to figure this out? Please?" Franklin begged. Will waited a few seconds then reluctantly said 'yes'. Franklin thanked him then ran to who knows where. Will looked at the two infants. "Okay then...let's go home."

At the Rodman Home

Will got into the house and introduced the new baby and baby ape to his dad, Charles Rodman. Charles was over the moon about meeting the new house guests. As he held the ape up in the air, he kept repeating, "...Caesar, kneel down, kneel down..."

"Don't get too attached." Will said to his father but Charles was too interested in naming you and your brother. Whose name is now apparently, Caesar. Good name. Suits him.

Charles then lifted you up into the air and gasped at the sight of you. Not in disgust, just in a surprise, a wondrous expression. You may not have noticed at the time, but he adored you. "Oh my! Wings? (E/C) and red eyes? ...How peculiar. But otherwise, normal. I think I'll name you... (Y/N)."

That's me. (Y/N) Rodman.
