A/N

(Y/N) Your Name

"Signing"

"Talking"

The apes came running down the hill at high speed, the humans just standing there in pure shock. Rocket went over to Ash and Blue Eyes while the rest of the apes stood behind their strong leader, Caesar. Who stood on a large rock, staring down at the humans. He stood there looking at them, then Rocket started making stressed hoots.

"They shot Ash! Shot my son!" He signed as he held Ash in his arms.

"Rocket, wait..." Caesar signed back. He looked over to (Y/N) as she signed back.

"Your orders brother..." Caesar nodded and stared at the humans once more.

"We don't mean any harm!" The one who spoke before said.

"They're apes man. You think they understand what you're saying?!" The one named Carver whispered.

"Do they look like just apes to you?" He replied while looking around at the different apes, who were waiting for the command to rip them apart. "Put your guns down."

"You can't be serious." Another man argued. The man, who seemed to be the leader of the group, put his gun down first. He then took a step closer to Caesar. (Y/N)'s eyes glowing red, wanting to stop him. Caesar put his arm up to calm her down. He then jumped down off the rock.

"GO!" He yelled. The humans took a step back in fear.

"Oh shit.." Carver gasped.

"GO!" Koba joined in. Soon all the apes were yelling and shrieking, trying to get the humans out of the forest. (Y/N) hovered in the air as she watched the humans run.

She saw a younger boy, around the age of 17 or 18. He slipped and dropped his bag, desperately trying to get it back. But before he could, the leader of the group grabbed him and all of them ran out of the forest. (Y/N) landed next to Caesar, watching as Maurice came up with the bag that the human boy dropped. Caesar held for a second before giving it back.

"Koba!" He called. Koba came up with two other apes, waiting for the command. "Follow." He signed to them. Koba and the other apes ran, following the humans trail. (Y/N) and Stone, one of the gorillas in the gorilla guard, were about to go as well but Caesar stopped them.

As they made their way back, (Y/N) asked Caesar a question, "I thought there were no humans left."

"None that we knew of. Once Koba and the others come back, we go to the human home and let them know to stay away."

"Are you sure that will work?"

"Doesn't hurt to try.

(Y/N) understood but she had her doubts. But seeing how far Caesar had come made her realise that he isn't the same fun loving, carefree kid he once was. He had become stronger, smarter, more focused. And (Y/N) respected that. After a while, Koba and the other two apes came walking into the ape home. So now it was time to go to the humans home.

About 200 to 250 apes went to the human's small city. Some were walking, (Y/N) was flying, and some were on horses. They walked through the buildings, looking as the vines and plants growing over them. The place was clearly rotting. They walked until they reached a pair of massive doors. Caesar stood in the middle with his sister by his left side. On the right of Caesar was Koba and Stone and on the left of (Y/N) was Maurice and Blue Eyes.

Slowly, the doors opened. A man came walking out. (Y/N) recognised this man. It was one from earlier, the leader of the group. He walked out slowly and looked at the apes and linked eyes with (Y/N). His faced somehow asking her to step down, but she only hardened her gaze. This gave him chills. Behind him, a giant group of humans, hiding in the building in the shadows, scared of the large amount of apes before them.

"Malcolm!" A man yelled trying to stop the man. The man, Malcolm, ignored him and continued walking. Caesar started trotting with his horse towards him as well while (Y/N) watched with caution.

Malcolm and Caesar stopped once they were about a metre apart. Caesar looked up to all the humans and shouted "Apes!" All the humans gasped as he spoke. "Do not...want...war! But will...fight...if...we must!" Caesar looked back to Malcolm to see his face looking at him curiously. Caesar looked behind to Blue Eyes. Blue Eyes then got off his horse and walked over to the human. He dropped the bag that they left behind at the Malcolm's feet. He turned around and got back onto his horse.

Caesar pointed in the direction of the forest. "Ape...Home!" He pointed to the city. "Humans...home!" He looked Malcolm right in the eye and said firmly, "Do not..come..back." After a second of staring, Caesar turned his horse to the left and started trotting away, the other apes followed behind, except (Y/N).

"Listen to what he says. He's smarter than you think." She said with confidence to the humans, but mainly Malcolm. She raised her wings and was about to fly away until,

"Why do you live with them?" Malcolm asked.

(Y/N) landed and stared at him. "Because he's been there for me more than anyone else has."

"Him? You mean the ape? But... you're human?"

"So?"

"So where are your parents?" (Y/N) silenced herself for a moment. Who does this guy think he is? Asking all these personal questions.

"None of your business."

"You could live here you know? With your own kind-"

"You are NOTHING like me. Understand?" (Y/N) yelled at Malcolm while taking a step closer. Her eyes beaming red. "I have never been treated good by any humans except a few and now they're gone. Okay? Is that what you wanted to hear?" Malcolm didn't know what to say. He didn't expect someone to be so scary.

(Y/N) stared him down until she had had enough. "You heard what he said. Don't. Come. Back." She said as her eyes began to dim. She raised her wings and snared at the humans before she flew up into the air and caught up with the apes. Knowing Caesar is going to want an explanation on why she took so long.
